Nice one nights stay room was clean & comfy and in a good location

Worst hotel I have ever lived in. The rooms smell very bad, the toilets are not clean. The blankets have dust on them. Honestly it's better to stay in the train station than at this hotel. For the price, it's the worst value for money. Even if they cut the prices by half I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Organised a surprise birthday party in the Abbott room-staff were excellent from start to finish. Good prices, food and service. Stayed two nights in a spacious room which was quiet at night considering the room overlooked Friar St. Had a wonderful weekend and will be back.

Lovely staff, very nice and helpful. Nice central location, easily walkable to dining, shopping, and sights. Room was dated, nothing like pictures on website, but nonetheless it was clean and cleaning service was provided daily. A bit pricey but overall a good experience.

Always Stay here when in Worcester. Ideal location for shops, bars and parking. Reasonably priced and very comfortable warm good size rooms.

Location is good. Hotel is nice, but the room was somewhat dated and needs a refresh. However the bed was comfortable and sheets clean.

Pleasant and good value but it is an old building in the centre of Worcester it isn't the freshest of décor but everything worked and I had a pleasant convenient night

My parents recently stayed here and found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and kind. They were made to feel really welcomed and valued. The accommodation was great and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay.
