The receptionist was extremely rude. The description stated with breakfast but when we received the confirmation, it stated that breakfast was extra and was to be paid through the hotel. There were no facilities open. Very poor - would not recommend either the hotel or Trip.com!

The night we arrived, the toilet was used and not flushed. The tables were dirty. The window seals was dusty. But the duty manager was informed, he came with a staff of his and cleaned everything, we gave a helping hand also.

I didn't have chance to stay there as my family is sick so I can't arrive but they didn't reply anything for change and cancel. Very rude service.

This is a castle hotel with a history of 800 years. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, the sanitary conditions are good, the breakfast is rich and delicious. What's more worth mentioning is the environment of the hotel. In addition to the beautiful castle, the surrounding natural environment is even more pleasant.
