Property Description

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath single level oceanside condominium. This unit is located in a prime Wrightsville Beach location - two blocks from Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier and one block in from the Atlantic Ocean. Walking to the beach is easy - access 14 (Shearwater) is just 1 minute down the street with no streets to cross and the access has a lifeguard station (Memorial Day through Labor Day). This 1400 squared feet condo is a spacious and clean open concept unit with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The kitchen includes a Wolf gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a built-in wine cooler. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, blender, coffee makers and much more. There are two private outdoor porches off the living room and dining room. The unit is located on second story of three-story building. First level is the garage and storage. The unit sleeps 6-8 comfortably; queen size master bed, double bed in one guest bedroom, two twin beds in another and a double bed pull out couch in the living room. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and its own full bathroom. Another full bath and a half bathroom are located down the hall. All linens and bath towels are provided. Beach towels may be checked out at no additional cost. The property is beautifully landscaped and includes a seashell patio area, firepit and artificial turf. The outdoor space is a perfect spot to gather and relax after your day at the beach or from fishing. The firepit is available fall through spring (weather permitting) and is a great way to enjoy a cool evening! Two enclosed outdoor showers are available for your use with plenty of room to dry off towels, chairs and beach equipment. A washer and dryer are located in the unit with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. Additionally, this unit includes 2 parking spots - one spot in the garage and one outside in the driveway. We take great pride in providing a clean, relaxing beach unit and are honored to have many returning visitors. Maximum guest capacity is 8. No parties or events are allowed on this property. Amazing Family Vacation at this Wrightsville Beach House! The house was perfect, it was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, games, and a well stocked kitchen. The location was great, and we had excellent communication with the owners. Wrightsville is so much fun, we all loved it, walking to the beach, going into town, biking, paddleboarding, and visiting Wilmington.

Easy check in process and condo was available ahead of the 4 pm timeframe. Unit is well maintained with a large well appointed kitchen and it’s only a short walk to the beach. This was our third time staying here. We will be back!

June 2026 vacation The property was very nice the beach and the fishing pier are within a 3 minute walk. The house was clean and stocked with everything you need to enjoy yourself at the beach. We drove to the battleship it was a 20 minute drive.

Perfect! What a beautiful place. Absolutely spotless with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances (gas cooktop and oven). The unit is a quick walk to the beach which we loved.Don’t need to bring beach chairs as they have plenty of well kept Tommy Bahama chairs. There is a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and tubes. There is a nice outdoor area with corn hole and table Two outdoor showers.Mike and Brenda are wonderfully attentive hosts who gave quick responses to our questions.Highly recommend.
