We stayed here for 2 nights with a group of 48 people, occupying a total of 24 rooms. The group loved their stay, and the close proximity to the Christmas Markets. The breakfast was fabulous, which included the ability to order hot food items. Thank you to all of the Patio staff who made our stay enjoyable.

Very good hotel, quiet rooms overlooking a patio at the back. Very convenient located. Nice staff and such good breakfast! Everything was served with elegance. Beautiful decorated plates and excellent quality! Staff was very helpful, smiling and attentive. I can highly recommend this place!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location; right around the corner from the main square and Jatki Street. Large rooms which were very clean. There were plenty of towels, a hairdryer, very good lighting and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. There was no safe but we locked our passports etc in our suitcases. The only issues were that there didn't seem to be much insulation through the windows so early in a morning we could hear the church bells and deliveries being made. Also, the pillows on the bed were very large and square and not very comfy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choice and a menu to choose extra items off - the waffles and pancakes were delicious! Front of house staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended hotel for a short break.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes from Rynek Square. It is very modern and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a lux room which was very spacious and overlooked a courtyard. We stayed in room 32 which was on the 3rd floor. Complimentary toiletries in bathroom, complimentary bottles of water, plenty sockets, plenty storage space. Check in was quick even though we didn’t arrive until midnight. Entrance to the hotel is up a covered alleyway. Breakfast was either hot or cold. Place your order for hot food of porridge, scrambled eggs, omelette, hard/ soft boiled eggs, toast, pancakes or waffles with the waitress. Tea, coffee and juice available. Selection of desserts, yoghurts and pastries. Baskets of bread with a variety of different types of bread. Plenty of variety of places to eat and drink in the vicinity. A must to try is smalec which sounds disgusting but is very tasty, it is a spread made from rendered white pork fat flavoured with crispy brown pieces and you spread it on bread. We were encouraged to try it when we visited a polish restaurant. Pierogies are also a dish to try as they are dumplings with various fillings and they come sweet or savoury. Prices are very reasonable compared to the uk and portions are generous. There is a guest house next door to the hotel called The Academus which is also a place to have a drink, owner is very friendly. Just bedside the hotel on the way to the square is a souvenir shop which changes to a bar at night, it is very cosy and has a good variety of drinks for sale. Wroclaw is a beautiful place and is somewhere we would definitely revisit.

Hotel Patio is situated in the heart of the historic centre of Wroclaw. It's a few minutes stroll to Rynek Square and its vast array of historic buildings, bars, shops and restaurants. The check-in process was friendly and efficient. The room [4th floor] was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom, whilst compact, was perfectly adequate. The shower water pressure was very low, which made for a near trickle of water, albeit hot and plentiful. The TV included the BBC News Channel, but nothing else in English. There was a kettle, cups, and complimentary coffee/tea etc (no milk) which were replenished daily when the room was serviced. The room also had a mini fridge, but no safe and air conditioning. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel itself is chic and stylish and in a perfect location. Highly recommended.

Polecam

Liked: - Great location (city center) - Polite and helpful staff - Good a/c Disliked: - Very small rooms - The double bed is very small and placed near the wall so it was very hard for two people to sleep comfortably - The parking is located not in the hotel but in a parking lot ~300 meters from the hotel but due to the location of the hotel (city center) the drive to the parking lot is quite tricky - Average breakfast (you can order from the menu and the buffet choice is poor)

The good thing about the hotel is its amazing central location, otherwise I can't think of any others. I ask the hotel for a taxi for my arrival. During my stay, I discover that the proposed rate is exactly double that requested by taxi drivers. To organize my return, I ask the receptionist if it is the practice for the hotel to take a commission on the taxi, but the receptionist with whom I had already spoken about other things, pretends not to understand me. So I use google translator in polish, but she pretends not to understand in polish either. I wait for the receptionist for the next shift who, with no small embarrassment, tells me that any taxi driver can do whatever rate he thinks. Uncommentable! You found the taxi for me and you offer me one that takes twice as much as normally requested. But let's move on to the room: the French bed is really very small with a blanket for a single bed and the pillows so thin but so thin that they cannot be considered pillows. We therefore ask for additional pillows and additional blankets that are provided to us. But the most interesting thing is that there are no blackout curtains in the room so the light enters in the morning. When I asked if there were blackout curtains or if it was possible to change rooms, I was told that rooms with blackout curtains cost more and I would have to pay a surcharge of €20. I add that I make the same review on booking, where I found the hotel, and they still have the courage to answer me that the curtains are there and that I didn't represent the problem. I won't add anything else, shame on you

The photos on the site from which we booked can greatly improve the actual appearance of the room. In fact, they assigned us a very small room, which from the photos could even look like a single room for the queen-size mattress, with a bathroom very different from the one shown in the photo and malfunctioning: the pressure of the sink was very low, to the point that he also struggled simply to wash his hands, the toilet flush leaked and therefore required biblical times to refill, the towels were stained. To the initial disappointment of the room was added the fact that we spent the whole night without being able to sleep a wink, as the very thin walls and old fixtures did not isolate the noises, music and night cackles coming from the street and from the rooms next door and which went on until dawn. At around 4 am, despite having the window closed, the room was invaded by a suffocating stench of smoke coming from the next room. Breakfast focuses on the savory and features cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by a range of salty mousses and uninviting creminas. Nothing satisfactory, however, for those used to choosing a sweet breakfast, which is really sp**** and is limited to a few mini croissants, a single type of cake cut into very small pieces, poor jams and dry bread. And during the choice you have the unpleasant feeling of being controlled by the staff. Despite the central location, I would not recommend a stay at this property for those hoping for a relaxing stay.
