Good location and beautiful city

Booked a 1 bedroom superior apartment, paid extra to up grade. Arrive at 9pm on 21 October to be put in a 2 bedroom apartment, which was do dated and old. Bit like where workers would stay. We eventually got in touch with reception the next day, asked to be changed to better cleaner apartment which we had originally booked. The young lad about age 20 kept asking us for 400plz extra. We refused to pay as we had already paid before we traveled. So eventually we moved into the correct accommodation, only to find on the second night in the apartment we had no working toilet or fresh running water. 1 member of our party suffers from chronic bowel disease, which is bad enough with a usable loo. But we had nothing my mam is 84 years old and requires water as we all do for medication. We email the owners but never heard back until it was time to vacate the property the next day, plus to top it all off, we are all covered in some kind of bites and required medical treatment on return to the uk.

Myself and 7 friends stayed in the sleeps 10 apartment for 3 nights. Yes it's not 5 star but it was absolutely perfect for us. Very reasonably priced and the location is second to none There were a few things that were broken like the hair dryer and head board, but like I say for what we required, which was a central reasonably priced location then this was a great choice. One of the showers was actually better than my one at home. I would definitely stay here again.

We visited here for the England game Vs Ukraine. Great location for the square! Safe parking was around a 5/10 minute walk away. Apartments were spacious, up to date and very clean. Beds were really comfortable even the sofa bed. Kitchenette was perfect. Bathroom - toilet is quite high one of the lads feet couldn’t touch the floor lol Shower really good! Overall great stay!!!

I’ve rated five stars not because the apartment was perfect but because, for the price, it went above expectations. After reading reviews I was sceptical but most bad reviews must be from picky individuals who would deem a broken shower door the demise of a holiday. In actual fact, the apartment was clean, well laid out, and really surprised me. We arrived to the reception area and were met with a set of keys and some basic house rules but no mention of deposit and no over-the-top request’s especially surprising considering there was seven of us English men staying for a drinking weekend (acknowledging the undesirable reputation loud Englishmen have in Europe). We were showed to our apartment which had two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms. Everything was clean. We didn’t have hot water for the first night, the curtains fell down when closing them, the shower doors wouldn’t close, and we were only given one set of keys. But, like I mentioned earlier, we aren’t picky and some minute inconveniences such as these were not an issue. There was a very handy night entrance for after 2200 and most nights when we came in around 0300/0400 we were greeted by a security officer who respectfully and understandably reminded us to keep quiet as there are several apartments in the building. We did this and had absolutely no issues. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Wrocław and recommend it to anyone who isn’t overly concerned with small details. (It cost us £15 per night per person which is cheaper than most hostels and the quality of stay between the two cannot even be compared)

The apartments are set up in a really weird location - seems like it was an old department store or something. Entrance is thru a restaurant and there is no security at all other than locking your apartment door (double and made of glass). Night entrance is in between a restaurant's tables where waiters lean on the wall and leave menus. Didn't feel safe at all with diners and waiters being able to see the door code. There is no lift, so good luck if you have luggage or have children on a stroller. There are small maintenance issues everywhere, like broken chairs, curtains & damaged floors. At a first glance it looked clean, but after a while you start to notice the dirty floors and the kitchen utensils not great either. The apartment was also extremely hot with only one fan provided, so we had to keep the windows open and get all the noise from the restaurants downstairs up until late in the night. Overall seems that they bank on the great location and "let go" on everything else. Maybe more appropriate for groups of friends or stag parties but definitely not for young families.

Ho soggiornato due notti nell'appartamento numero 23. Di positivo c'è la centralità, veramente 3 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, e la grandezza dell'appartamento (due stanze, cucina, soggiorno, bagno, ampio ingresso). Ci sono però due problemi fondamentali. Il primo è che non ci sono tende oscuranti o tapparelle, e nella camera da letto principale diventa impossibile dormire (tra luci dei lampioni in faccia e luce del sole la mattina). Oltre al fatto che anche l'altra stanza da letto è esposta alle luci del corridoio esterno, ed è un continuo lampeggiare di luci automatiche, troppo fastidioso!! Secondo grosso problema sono i rumori, sia provenienti da fuori sia dal corridoio interno, è davvero faticoso riuscire a riposare. Tra i problemi minori c'è il bagno che è messo maluccio, e la doccia non si chiude bene e non ha un tappeto antiscivolo, quindi è pericolosa. La struttura inoltre è strana, perché ha ingressi comuni con un ristorante e altre attività commerciali che sono chiusi in certi orari, per cui la notte/mattina presto si deve entrare/uscire da un altro acceso. La reception per me è stata tutta automatica, non ho avuto nessuna persona con cui interagire e non avrei saputo ad esempio come e se lasciare i bagagli a deposito in caso di necessità. Non ci tornerei e non la consiglio, ed è un peccato perché ha grosse potenzialità!!
