早上8.53分下樓去車裡拿充電器就有工作人員問你退房，能理解一下中秋旺季。等我拿完充電器上樓又問你退房沒有。十點去同事房間聊一下天，酒店工作人員又見到你，問你什麼時候退房，做為酒店服務行業這樣子崔人退房，不知道什麼垃圾腦子，中午11.30下樓退房，忘記拿房卡了，酒店前台垃圾服務員，説沒房卡就不退按金，和前台溝通房房間了，你們樓上有服務員在確認一下不就可以了嗎？，前台説我們沒有服務員，你自己上去拿，然後就是一句話，沒房卡就是不退按金，我説你樓上服務員催退房就不是這樣子説，前台就是傻必。酒店房間設施垃圾一流，我經常吳川吳川，住酒店從來不評價好與不好，環境一般可以接受，但是做人態度這麼惡劣一個要給差評，洗手間漏水，水龍頭一晚上一直滴水，洗手間洗手枱下是漏水滴壞了還是什麼，燒水壺裡麪全是生銹污漬還有不明液體，浴室沐浴露和洗髮水安裝離地面15-20釐米，你洗澡不蹲下都用不了。
