First off, I want to say that the housekeeping department was wonderful. They were not only great cleaners but they were also very thoughtful about checking when we would be out of the room during the day if they happened to show up when we were there. A few other things that were great about the hotel: the spectacular location (it's near so many great restaurants in a very walkable area), the big empty swimming pool with a view of the city, the generosity with face masks, and all staff seemed well trained in hospitality... So it breaks my heart that our arrival at the hotel so completely marred our stay. When my kids and I walked into the hotel one of the staff--I'm afraid I didn't catch her name in my shock, but I believe she was the manager on duty--grabbed a handful of gloves and handed them to us as we were still struggling to pull out all the green codes required of us (we were told to show two codes initially and then later would go through many more codes in a quest to see which would be accepted). She started the conversation by asking if we were leaving and when we said we were checking in, she asked to see the tracing app and immediately declared all the places we had been to as dangerous (the app was green and there were no asterisks at that point, I would later gain an asterisk thanks to being in Wuhan). They were not. We had travelled carefully, tracking the news of outbreaks and did our best to avoid all dangerous locations and crowds. We explained this to her and walked her through every place on our trip that we had been, but she refused to accept any of this. She kept insisting everywhere we had been was dangerous. It didn't matter to her how many green codes we had. We were foreigners that had come to Wuhan from a city in Jiangsu, taking a route that travelled near provinces where there were COVID-19 cases, and that meant we were dangerous. I want to be sympathetic. People in Wuhan had a much worse 2020 than anyone else in China. I can only imagine how terrifying it must be to have another significant outbreak a year later (we further had the bad luck of arriving in Wuhan on the same day as new cases). The hotel staff gave us a free fruit plate and they gave my daughter a stuffed animal, which she adored. But I was also travelling alone with two kids who were so traumatized by the experience (they were worried that we would be taken to a hospital or quarantine center and separated for who-knows-how-long) that they initially refused to eat dinner and still talk about the experience a week later (it didn't help that they noticed a Chinese guest arrive and check in without a face mask while we were still being interrogated with gloves and masks on and waited for a doctor to come and clear us). When the kids finally did decide they would eat, so long as we didn't leave the hotel, we discovered there was no longer ocean fish or seafood on the menu because of the virus which was interesting because we would find plenty of places outside the hotel that still offered salmon. Later when we tried to go to the Thai restaurant in the ball, we were told it was not open to us because of COVID-19 restrictions even though two lovely ladies who looked shocked to see us in the elevator were welcomed in. I assume there was some small private engagement or meeting that wasn't open to the public as there was no information anywhere that said the hotel restaurant was closed to the public. So I am divided on my feelings on this hotel. I want to believe it is a well run hotel and we were just unlucky to arrive on the wrong day. I can't really see myself staying here again if I return to Wuhan. My kids and I didn't really feel welcome here.

🚗 Transportation: The location is still very convenient, close to the subway station and bus stop, and also very close to Jiefang Park for a walk. 🍃Environment: The environment of the newly opened hotel is quite good, there is a book bar in the public area, the room facilities are relatively complete, there is a small refrigerator, the lighting is smart, and the breakfast is very convenient and rich. The area of the exclusive double room is relatively large, but there is only a desk and a chair, and it feels that there are no more facilities than ordinary rooms! 🔔Service: I feel pretty good when I just entered the hotel. There is a rose in the elevator, and I will get a rose when I check in. When I enter the room, I find that the air conditioner has been turned on, which is very considerate. The hotel as a whole is quite good, but objectively speaking, there are no snacks and fruits in the reviews, and there are no souvenirs when leaving the store. Of course, this is just the icing on the cake, and it is not necessary. , I don't understand. Also, I came back to take the stored luggage and borrowed the bathroom. The little brother at the front desk told the public bathroom place very well, but my friend couldn't find it. When I asked the cleaning aunt, the aunt was very kind. Finally, the night I left the store, I found that the Bluetooth headset was missing. I thought that the headset was taken out for charging the night before, and it was never used after I left the store. It should have been left in the room and didn’t take it away. I also said to contact my colleague from the morning shift. I called again the next afternoon and said that I didn’t find it... Of course, I lost something mainly because I was not careful, but I can’t find it in the hotel... I hope the hotel treats the staff. Strengthen management!

What I like: The room is spacious and clean, and the two double beds are so kind for us traveling with children! Just around the corner from the apartment building is the pedestrian street, which is very convenient for travel and dining! The room was much more spacious than the Home Inn we changed to the next day, and the hygiene was better than that! Facilities: projection screen, two double beds, bathroom (slightly rudimentary, the basin is small and inconvenient, and the wet and dry are not separated), washing machine (not used), small refrigerator (not used), WiFi, and slippers. Hygiene: Very clean, it can be seen that it has been cleaned carefully, and there are no bugs or obvious stains. Environment: The pedestrian street itself is in the old city, and there is a large flow of people. It was raining on the day we arrived, and the streets were dirty and messy. Taxis could not get downstairs. Fortunately, the drop-off point was not far away, and it took a few minutes to walk to the apartment building. It is a mixed-use hotel, so the people going up and downstairs were a bit chaotic. There were two tattoo shops and a nail salon next to the room we stayed in, but we didn't hear any noise when we were in the room, and it was fairly quiet. Because I have two children of my own, I was a little nervous when I saw this kind of environment. I even pulled the clothes hanger to the door to block it before going to bed at night, but it is actually quite safe. I think if there are adult men traveling with me, It should make you feel more at ease. Service: Although it is an unattended apartment, the boss is very enthusiastic. He called me to arrange check-in before I arrived in Wuhan. Before getting the door code, you need to pay a deposit of 200 yuan. At first, I felt it was not used to it and I was afraid of being cheated. Later, a hotel I stayed in on the last day also charged it, so it must be a Wuhan regulation? Anyway, the boss refunded it to me as soon as I checked out.

This is the first time my friend and I have come to Wuhan to play. This is the second hotel we booked. It is really much better than the first one and cheaper than the first one. At first, I saw no one commenting and I was ready to block it. I just wanted to find a one close to Shanhaiguan Road. The boss was very enthusiastic on the day I went to the hotel. He was from Hubei and helped us take the luggage up. Haha, he was really energetic. He took one hand and went up to the second floor. He was a 4.50-year-old uncle. There was no fluff on the bed in the room. The water heater was also good. The sound insulation may not be very good. But the special room booked at the price of the early 100s is really cost-effective. The price room is really good. There is wifi, there is a large mirror and a clothes hook. Because we booked a special room, the window is facing the aisle. We didn’t ask for ventilation. After all, this is warm in winter. Many, and towels, we all bring our own disposable habits without using outside, so we don't know the situation. The uncle is really amiable. He said that he would retire after a few years. I hurriedly said that I would come to Wuhan next time. Traveling is also very convenient, the entrance is the subway station, there is a bus stop within 200m, the traffic is very convenient, the road will not go to ask the uncle, he will tell us, it is really good, originally planned to take a taxi, the uncle said that the subway is very fast, Gaode map is not written road, We followed the instructions of the uncle, and we really walked, and saved another money! We really have the feeling of not wanting to leave. I wrote such a long comment for the first time [tears], thank you uncle for making our trip more happy.

My family of four chose this hotel with a swimming pool in Wuhan for a trip. It is really cost-effective. The location of the hotel is very good, right at the subway entrance. The hotel has a free parking lot. The beautiful lady at the front desk who checked in was very good and gave me free service. Upgraded to the ladies' floor. The floor is very quiet. Every detail of the room is well done. It's a suite. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable. The master bedroom has a bathtub. The children like it very much. The big bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and the pillows are also very comfortable. , lying on the bed feels like being wrapped. My favorite is the hotel's swimming pool. The water temperature is very suitable. There is a gym and a swimming pool. The water depth is 1.4 meters, which is just right for children to play. The front desk staff who handled the swimming registration were very nice. They noticed that we were not wearing swimming caps and asked if the children needed swimming rings. 🛟 One is lent to us for free, but normally we need to pay to rent it. Thank you to the hotel for its service and staff. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Wuhan. Supplementary hotel location is just over one kilometer away from the pedestrian street. It's very convenient to take a taxi or subway.

The double room we stayed in was very big. The breakfast is quite generous, 6.50-9.00, on the first floor. There are local special hot dry noodles with beef noodles and beef noodles, as well as regular Chinese food with millet porridge and corn. The juice you drink is not pure juice, it seems to be relatively weak, the only flaw. The location is easier to find, but the locals don't know the name, but the sunny sky still knows it. Paying members can be set up in the store, and the special member price is more than one hundred cheaper than online.
