Location: Right next to Hankou Station. The closest subway entrance was closed, but it's still not far to walk. There's a supermarket downstairs and plenty of choices for food and late-night snacks, which is great! Hygiene: The towels and toiletries were all good, and the bedding and sofa were very clean. Service: The front desk service was absolutely fantastic. Their coffee is quite good, and with two elevators, you never have to wait long. Breakfast: If you're debating whether to add breakfast, I highly, highly recommend it. The variety and taste are excellent, and you can tell a lot of effort went into the presentation. There was a slight hiccup during the meal; the attendant's work was fine, but the experience wasn't great. Overall: For such a prime location in Wuhan, this hotel is a real gem. It's also very convenient to get to the airport by subway. There's construction outside the entrance, but it wasn't noisy, which is quite rare. I'll definitely be back next time.

Traveling through, I stayed at this hotel. Its location near the train station was quite convenient, and the staff were friendly. However, the first room I had, while it had a window, it opened right onto a stairwell landing, so ventilation was poor. I later switched to a windowless room. Because it was cold, the central air conditioning was set to heat. Even with the AC set to cool in the room, it didn't help; it was so warm I couldn't sleep. The front desk provided a fan, which I had to use all night. But there was another issue that left a bad taste. I stayed for two nights and changed rooms, but I left an item in the old room. After spending a night in the new room, I remembered the forgotten item. I asked the front desk to check with housekeeping if they'd seen it. They informed me that someone had already checked into my old room and that they would check later to see if it was still at the lost-and-found. As I had a train ticket booked for the same day to my next city, I had to leave and await news. Eventually, they found it, and the hotel sent it to us via cash-on-delivery. What was disappointing was that the staff didn't seem to acknowledge any oversight in their work or offer any apologies for the trouble. So, this hotel lost some points for that.
