A beautiful and rich place, I love the city, I love the hotel, I love the people here, they are warm, hospitable, beautiful, and charming.

It's been a long time since I last left a negative review, but this Westin is simply unbearable! My premium room faced an elevated highway! The noise at night made it impossible to sleep! How can a hotel in such a location have such poor soundproofing? And let's talk about the service: during check-in, they brazenly asked for a positive review. They initially offered complimentary welcome fruit, then immediately *demanded* a good review – not suggested or reminded, but demanded – and even asked me to operate my phone right there. When I asked why, the reply was because they had given me welcome fruit... I said I didn't want the fruit; I don't like being forced to leave a good review... speechless 😓 Later that night, after dinner with friends, I returned to the hotel and, due to the noise, contacted the front desk to switch rooms. They agreed, and a bellhop came to collect my luggage. Out of caution, I casually asked if the new room was also near the elevated highway. The answer was yes, and on an even lower floor... I was stunned again. The previous room was on the 15th floor, and the new one was on the 8th floor, the same room type and orientation. Wouldn't the noise problem be even worse??? They agreed nicely on the surface, but when it came to solving the problem, they were completely brainless??? Or were they banking on me not wanting to bother moving again late at night, just trying to string me along for now??? I immediately complained again. This time, a manager came, and they finally moved me to an executive room on a higher floor (20s), with a different orientation, which solved the noise issue. So, after all this, my conclusion: I strongly do not recommend this hotel!

Unfortunately, only 1 night spent at the hotel, but it was worth it. Great facilities and breakfast options. The rooms are great?

I've stayed here on and off for three years, and it's always been great, but this time I was extremely disappointed. The moment I opened the toilet door, there was a terrible, sickening smell. I immediately called the front desk to complain, and they handled it quickly by having my room re-cleaned. My personal analysis is that the cleaning staff didn't change their cleaning tools. I believe that as a brand hotel, they should thoroughly investigate the cause and strictly punish the responsible personnel. What customers don't see relies entirely on conscience and responsibility. I hope the hotel doesn't have similar issues again.

This was my second time staying at the Westin for a Teacher Wu concert, and it was as warm and comfortable as ever. Bella's concierge-like service, from a complimentary room upgrade to the thoughtful room setup and carefully packed breakfast, made me feel completely at home. Even though we didn't meet in person, Bella's professional attitude, much like this city, always emanates a warm energy. I love this city, and I look forward to my next trip and encounter here!

Was a great location for spending time with friends enjoying the city of Wuhan. The room was clean and comfortable and the shared spaces (lobby and breakfast) were beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend.

Hands down if you are visiting Wuhan, you can't beat Westin. One of the best of the best.
