Friendly and excellent staff. Clean and well located in city centre

Really enjoyed my stay, everyone is so nice, food is tasty and room is super clean and comfortable, will absolutely live again if travel to Wuhan in the future.

extended my stay here for 2nd day,this time with breakfast included. the dining area/bar/common space already a delicacy itself with beautiful selection of furniture and settings,feels warm and welcoming even during the coldest winter. breakfast including both Chinese and Western style with great varieties.

Very pleased with our choice of this hotel. Beautifully decorated and perfect for photos everywhere. Even thought the front yard was a flower shop. Nice smell throughout the hotel. Room is spacious and well set up. Smart Control made things even easier. Glad that the bedroom lighting control is separate from the wash up area. Large window and large TV! Staff are all very polite. Expect them to greet you anywhere. Interesting to see a service robot riding the lift and running up and down the corridor. We haven’t tried the free laundry service but we found two arcade games in that area.  Highly recommend

The staff are super friendly and very helpful...they knew we were going out on a cool day and they offered us two small bottles of warm honey drink. The hotel is new, very very clean and with very flexible policy...we were allowed to check in at 6am with a reasonable payment. Breakfast were wonderful. All day you can enjoy the coffee, drinks and also yogurt. The indoor and outdoor sitting of the restaurant is very nice. Very near MRT station; walking distance to a lot of restaurants/stalls with good food - across the street is Mcdonald. -- ＞We decided to extend another day stay there.

This is a great hotel at WuHan They have a great service for us I am so glad to be there as their guest I also love their restaurant where nearby the hotel it’s so chill surely we will come When we had checked out of the hotel and visited some tourist attractions and left our luggage the staff named Amy was very helpful to us She arranged to deliver the luggage to us because we could not make to return to the hotel on time for our luggages we will remember her very good hospitality to us 這是武漢的一家很棒的酒店 酒店為我們提供了很好的服務 我們都很高興作為他們的客人 特別是酒店的餐廳 環境舒適放鬆 下次再去武漢 一定會再來 值得稱讚的是 當日我們從酒店退房後 為了方便我們把行李留在了酒店 後來我們不夠時間回去拿行李 我們立刻通知酒店 酒店有個叫Amy的工作人員表示可以協助我們把行李寄回去我們的住所 過程非常順利 非常感謝Amy的幫助 感謝
