Sheraton Grand Wuhan Hankou Hotel

An older hotel with somewhat outdated facilities. Breakfast wasn't as good as I'd hoped. The TV in the room had issues and it took half an hour to fix.

I visited Wuhan with my child during the May Day holiday and chose the Sheraton Grand Wuhan Hankou Hotel. Overall, I was extremely satisfied; it's perfect for families traveling with kids. The hotel's location is very convenient, right in the heart of the Hankou CBD. You can access Metro Lines 2 and 3 right outside, making it quick to get to popular attractions like Jianghan Road, Hankou Beach, and Yellow Crane Tower by taxi or subway. The room was quite spacious with good natural light and views. It was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. They proactively provided children's slippers and toothbrushes, showing excellent attention to detail. The soundproofing in the room was great, so we weren't disturbed. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including authentic Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and Mianwo, all of which tasted delicious. Special shout-outs go to Marina from guest services, Mia Zhang from the executive lounge, and the male attendant (whose name I didn't catch) who helped change our bedding on the first night. Their service was truly impressive, and I hope to stay here again.

The bed in the room was really comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The hotel staff were very friendly and even gave me a free breakfast. The location is super close to Hankou Station, and you can find lots of good food within a short taxi ride. For the price, it's pretty good value.

The hotel is closer to Yunfei Road Station (Line 3) than Fanhu Station (Line 2), which is a bit of a walk. Upon arrival, I was directly taken to the Executive Floor for a quicker and more convenient check-in. I booked a ladies' room, and it was quite cozy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. My only minor complaint is that the shower drain was very slow. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety, and although there was a wait during peak hours, it moved quickly. Overall, it's a solid, standard five-star hotel experience. Thanks to Zhou Shen, I've unlocked another city! 💙

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the housekeeping staff were very thoughtful, even providing bath salts for a relaxing soak. Overall, the hotel was excellent in all aspects.

This is my second time staying at the Sheraton Wuhan Hankou. The hotel offers excellent service, and the rooms are quite spacious. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is also very large. The corner room offers a great view and a quiet environment, plus the location is convenient for transportation.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff member Julia is very enthusiastic and helpful, arranging rooms according to customer requests. The swimming pool is beautiful and a decent size. Definitely recommend! The hotel's location is also close to Hankou Railway Station.

The hotel is pretty good! The bed in the room was just the right firmness, so I slept really well. The hotel service was also excellent; I ordered a bowl of beef noodles last night, and a staff member brought it right to my room. The overall environment is lovely too. I'll share some photos!
