房子很乾凈，在居民區中所以吃飯啥的都很方便，老闆是本地人很熱情，住了兩晚總體來説很不錯，性價比高

老闆態度很熱情，對周圍環境很瞭解，我打電話找不到地方的時候也很耐心地幫我解答，叔叔甚至知道走到附近學校要多遠，也會告訴住客走哪條路最近，住宿的地方有風扇，有空調，所以完全不會熱，另外雖然下面是大排檔，但是完全不會有噪音，很棒！

衞生是還不錯的，然後被子啊什麼都挺乾淨的，我來的時候因為火車晚點，然後晚上11點半左右才來，叔叔一直在等我，非常不錯，綜合價格考慮，如果説短期住，這個公寓是值得一試的
