這是人住的嗎？連鎖酒店？掛着名字讓人入坑？最多叫賓館，老闆娘這個**罵街的，態度惡劣，希望平台嚴查，不配讓這個酒店叫“城市鑽石酒店”，聽了想吐，大家千萬不要入坑。
這輩子沒住過這麼臟的的賓館，如果不是因為趕車實在沒得選擇，我真的熬不了這一天，首先服務態度上：前台態度極其惡劣，事兒賊多，**賴賴的，一點對顧客的服務態度和意識都沒有，而且衞生實在太差，地毯上全部都是血漬、油漬、煙灰，還有惡臭味，躺床上每一秒都在聞那種腥臭味和腳臭味融合的味道，其次，雙床房兩個被子，兩個被子上都有血和不明毛髮！上面還有尿漬一樣的黃色不明物：枕頭上也全是黃色的東西；然後，房間里根本沒有空調遙控器，空調扇葉上全部是厚厚的黴菌和灰，靠近聞一下都是黴灰味，我這輩子造啥孽了讓我住這樣的地方？衞生間排氣扇也是壞的，洗一次澡全屋都是水汽漫。地毯真的臟得我想不到任何形容詞了，毛巾也是黑的，各種臟，床單有大片污漬你敢信？毛巾上臟死了，感覺拿上一個顧客用過的沒消毒的毛巾。房間訊息上：虛假宣傳！各平台宣傳説明是20平，實際面積不到12平，我可真服了！小的可憐，這家店的比這家店的毛病都要小，呵呵。另外宣傳標明帶自助洗衣機，哪兒呢？店家的想象裏嗎？綜上所述，對於這家店，請不要做這種愚蠢的嘗試了。以上僅代表個人體驗帶來的建議！真誠建議大家一定要謹慎選擇！！

住這家酒店的感覺比較爽:一是位置好找，離高鐵站也就幾百米，但是其朝向避開了高鐵站列車的噪聲，安靜得很；進了酒店感覺也有賓至如歸的感覺，工作人員服務態度好，客客氣氣的，完全沒有碼頭文化的欺生的感覺，客房乾淨。最重要的是房價親民，知道我幾個月沒有上班了，口袋不暖和，我想好了，如果我在武漢找到工作，如果離這裏不遠的話，我就到這家酒店住

這是在外面住酒店以來，性價比最高的酒店了，首先交通很便利，離武漢火車站僅有兩站路的距離，即使不坐車，走路也就10來分鐘。酒店衞生也乾淨整潔，環境優美，老闆的服務態度很好，隨叫隨到，以後還會繼續入住。
