地理位置很好，就在離高速不遠的地方，到酒店的時候是下午3:00左右，但可能因為春節期間客房佔用率大，所以我們抵達酒店時還沒有房間打掃出來。
服務：對於房間沒有及時打掃出來我還是可以理解的，因為個人原因我和酒店前台小姐溝通，想先看一下準備給我們的房間，但前台接待的一位工作人員態度強硬且冷漠的嚴言拒絕，最後在多次溝通情況下才由大堂經理出麪解決。其實我能理解過年期間工作量大，但這畢竟是你的工作職責，希望不要把個人的情緒帶到工作中，這樣會給客人造成不好的服務印象，也會對酒店的形象帶來損失。
