Every time I come to Wuhan on a business trip, I stay at Lavande Hotel here. This time I drove over. I felt the hotel parking lot security is extremely good service attitude. There are locations everywhere and I have to let a novice driver stop the worst parking. Where, I said I can’t go in. The security said you can’t go in where you can stop. How did you get your driver’s license? I talked to him in a good voice and he scolded me directly, and he kept speaking in Wuhan dialect. You **, then I went in to find the front desk theory, because last night the car was driven on behalf of the car, I parked the car, and then I found the car was scratched when I went out at noon, because it is not serious, I did not go in and talk to the hotel , I didn’t take it seriously. I’ve been in Wuhan for 4 days, but the front desk told me to stop as the security said. I said I couldn’t get in. Then the front desk asked me to park the car in the parking lot next door. I also said that because of personal reasons, the hotel parking lot provides parking spaces, and I can’t drive. It’s your own reason that you have to park in the parking lot next door and pay for yourself. I can’t figure out why I can say this, every time I travel on business. 酒店位置很好，就在馬路邊. 很好找.交通也很方便，門口可以停車.距離地鐵口也就5-6分鐘，大廳很大，乾淨挺好的. 前台服務好，辦理入住快， 房間設施都挺齊全.乾淨整潔，床墊非常柔軟舒適 熱水也來得很快.👍 還免費幫忙延遲退房.價格適中. 不錯.

外觀看上去舊了些，但住宿環境還是很不錯的，服務員服務態度很也很贊，主動給升級了外窗的房間，晚上很安靜沒有感覺到都市的嘈雜聲，沒有早餐但外賣非常的方便的，現在是吃蝦子的季節，酒店右邊是肥肥蝦莊，右邊是蝦皇。外地的朋友非常推薦這家店。

走進大廳淡淡的薰衣草香味很安心，前台小姐姐的服務非常的熱心，房間很乾凈，床睡的也很舒服，雖然酒店不在主城區，但去黃鶴樓、户部巷、東湖打車也就20分鐘左右，很方便，離夢時代商場打車也就10分鐘的車程，來武漢旅遊的推薦入住。

房間的衞生很乾凈，整體感覺很舒服，第一次到武漢來旅遊，然後是朋友幫忙訂的，這個房間感覺挺好的，酒店的設施還不錯吧，前台的服務也挺好的，很認真的幫我們辦理入住，
