Fairmont Wuhan

The decor style is really chic, very French black and white, but the room had a very strong, paint-like smell. I checked a few other rooms, and they all had the same odor. The staff, however, were excellent; they kindly brought an air purifier. Also, for some reason, the toilet area had a peculiar smell. My daughter immediately noticed a strong urine odor when she went in, and when I checked, it indeed smelled like a public restroom. Something definitely seems off there, and I hope they can investigate it.

Not bad at all! They helped me pick a room with great natural light and a nice view. The mini-bar and capsule coffee machine were a nice bonus. It was pretty quiet and the service was good too.

For an international five-star brand, the price is truly competitive. They proactively offered children's toiletries when they saw us with kids, and every staff member greeted us warmly. At checkout, they even reminded us that the mini-bar drinks were complimentary and offered a tote bag, which is a rare sight. Considering the overall service, facilities, and dining quality, it offers excellent value for money. Karina provided excellent service, and I've already recommended it to friends. I'll definitely be staying here again!

The hotel's location is great, and the decor is new, modern, and youthful, perfect for couples. Breakfast hours are also quite long, with a rich variety and good taste; the beef noodles are excellent. We'll definitely come again if we have the chance!

Another fantastic stay at the Fairmont Wuhan! The location is super convenient yet surprisingly quiet. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the facilities felt brand new.
