The staff at the hotel is really helpful and really friendly. They were willing to go the extra mile to help us and make us feel at home. The were very respectful and assisted us in very good spoken English.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Wuhan.

I enjoyed my stay at the Demond Hotel during the Christmas time holiday of 2020. The room was cozy and I found the shower and other amenities to be fancy and nice to use.

It’s okay, the price-performance ratio of living in an ordinary room is good, the bed is more comfortable, some people at the front desk are not professional enough, they don’t know anything, don’t solve anything, they are stupid, but now it’s difficult to recruit people, it’s even harder to recruit a few more clever ones. So it's okay, the requirements should not be too high.

帶孩子來打比賽的，住了很多小朋友，房間比較老了，但是還算乾淨，我們住的套房，還是很大的，連續住了幾天，服務很好

酒店停車位很多，住過很多次了。周圍宵夜和過早的地方也很多，離永旺也很近，所以便利性不用擔心。不過前台服務員的態度非常不穩定，女前台服務態度都很好，積極也熱情。男前台總是要死不活的態度，住過很多次，無一例外。
