The staff at the hotel is really helpful and really friendly. They were willing to go the extra mile to help us and make us feel at home. The were very respectful and assisted us in very good spoken English.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Wuhan.

Bring your kids to play games, there are many kids staying here, the rooms are old, but clean, the suite we stayed in is quite big, we stayed for a few days, the service was very good

Ctrip changed the hotel for me. When I arrived, the front desk said that it was a room that the previous guest had changed. After I went in, I found that the towel had been used by someone else. There was no crease left from being used, and there was a long hair on it.
