My favourite hotel in China! Spacious room and has everything you might need. Very near the metro. Not sure if it was just me but we faced issues with our booking. They had some difficulty finding our booking but somehow later found it.

This is an excellent hotel. It offers a very high standard of accommodation for a very reasonable price. I was a little annoyed that my booking was meant to come with a free dinner buffet, but the reception staff did not mention this or give me any voucher or anything. Nevertheless, I would happily stay there again because the rooms were exceptional, especially for the price. The breakfast buffet was extremely local, and as a vegetarian I had very little to eat. Nevertheless, I still think that I would rather stay there in Wuhan than pay two or three times the price for a different five star hotel, which would probably have worse rooms!

The hotel is in a good location with complete facilities and very good value for money. The service from Chen at the front desk is very enthusiastic.

I stayed in Wuhan for four days. It was too sunny outside during the day, so I chose this hotel with an indoor swimming pool. I can swim as many times as I want during my stay, and there are not many people in the pool. I almost booked the whole place at noon. I am quite satisfied with this advantage. In addition, the location of the hotel is also very good. There is a subway entrance right outside the door. Wuhan Metro is well connected and convenient to go everywhere. If you don’t order breakfast in the morning, it is also very convenient to go to the underground floor of the subway to find food. I upgraded the room type for free when I arrived at the hotel. This room is quite good, with a good view and a much larger area. The hotel is an old hotel. It used to receive government officials. The hotel smells good. The waiters inside are also very nice. When they see me, they will nod and say hello. They basically respond to all requests.

The Hongshan Square where the hotel is located is the city center, and it is very convenient to the major attractions in the three towns of Wuhan. The hotel facilities are well maintained, quiet, clean and sanitary. The most commendable thing is the service at the front desk and the guest room. The staff are warm and polite, and will take the initiative to ask the guests about their stay experience and feedback. If you come to Wuhan next time, Hongshan Hotel will definitely be the first choice.

When I arrived in Wuhan, because the room orientation and window view did not suit my personal preferences, the guest relations director Xiao Qin paid attention to it immediately, helped me find the right orientation, upgraded the room type, and made the travelers feel warm with his caring words. It is an old hotel with rich heritage and precipitation, and the specifications are all there. It pays great attention to service. The hair dryer is a negative ion wind, which meets the requirements of guests who have hair dryers. Haha, the transportation is convenient, and it is a wonderful experience to ride or walk on the nearby East Lake Greenway at night. I also thank the customer service manager Manager Xiao and the front desk staff Panpan for giving interesting souvenirs when I checked out.

It is next to Hongshan Square Station on Metro Line 2. Exit D2, turn left and walk a few steps to get there. The transportation is very convenient. The twin room near the road is a bit noisy. The front desk upgraded the room type. It is clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast has local snacks, noodles, bean curd, steamed buns, etc. The big round table for breakfast is quite characteristic of state-owned hotels. The delivery robot is cute.

The location is very convenient, just outside the subway, an old five-star hotel with good service, and the historical and cultural heritage of Chairman Mao's meeting here. It's not far from the museum, East Lake, and Yellow Crane Tower. The only regret is that the bathroom ventilation is not very good, but everything else is satisfactory.

This time I was hosting a client and stayed for several days. I am grateful for the service provided by the hotel. Panpan at the front desk and Manager Xiao at the lobby are both very good. I will come to this hotel for reception next time.

My friend recommended Hongshan Hotel, which has a superior location and the subway is right in front of us. After all, I had never stayed there before, so I booked two nights first. After checking in, the room window faced Hongshan Square. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was super large and bright. I immediately extended my stay for two days. The front desk beauty @文静, who is really as her name suggests, immediately helped us to extend our stay, and also introduced the hotel's service facilities, including the swimming pool. The heat in Wuhan is just right for sightseeing in the morning, swimming in the afternoon, and eating crayfish in the evening. Wuhan is so beautiful😊

Hongshan Hotel has a long history and a superior location. There is a subway just outside the hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. We stayed for two nights. We stayed in a standard room on the first night and upgraded to a deluxe room on the second night. Both room types were great. Panpan and a handsome guy at the front desk were warm and thoughtful.
