房間衞生和，設備都不行了。進門發現門鎖有問題，床頭燈不亮，換一間，開始廊燈不亮，後來又亮了。再後來洗手間地漏堵住，説還可以換房。我沒換，直接退房了，整體衹有服務態度可以。其它一塌糊塗。希望好好裝修，改善好。不然真的不好住。

環境真的差，被子是當天曬過嗎？真的是燙，空調是壞了嘛？17度一晚上温度都沒降下來，汗蒸了一晚上，浴巾也破了，沐浴露很貴嗎？小樣裝的，很窮嗎？真的不會去第二次的酒店，還不如小旅館

體驗很一般掛着五星的招牌但是肯定算不上五星的設施和服務
服務員服務意識淡薄，一看就是培訓沒做好

衞生間裏台盆上有使用過的毛巾，使用過的牙膏，然後換了一個房間後，馬桶臟到不能直視，如果不是我到的時候已經晚上11點多，不然我一定會換酒店。
