Front desk service was exceptional. I found out the bathroom didn’t work properly when I checked in, they immediately changed the room for me. On the day after I checked out and was on the train to another city, I realized that I accidentally left my two cellphone chargers in the hotel room. I called the front desk. They located the chargers right away and sent them to me via expedited express delivery before I left China. I am very appreciative and impressed about theirs efficiency and great customer services. In addition, the hotel offers very good free breakfast with varieties and bottled water daily to give a good start of the day. The hotel location is also great and very convenient as well. I’d love to come back to stay in this hotel again.

The service was very good and helpful but they do not speak English so you will have to know some basic Chinese or use a translation app. There are a lot of things to do around the area but for most of the tourist attractions, you will have to take a 30-minute Didi. The bed was clean and so was most of the room. The carpets were not so clean and I stepped on something sharp that was not very nice.
The breakfast was good but definitely more catered for Chinese people. I however did enjoy it.
