The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, with excellent natural light and ventilation in the rooms, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help, and even offered a complimentary laundry service, which made me feel very welcome. The location is superb, making it easy to get around, perfect for both leisure and business trips. Definitely recommended! The buffet was also very generous, and the room was so spacious you could do somersaults in it!

應前台強烈要求給予點評，故給如下反饋： 硬件因為運行時間長不好説，舊一點，但軟件服務方面非常差，幾點體會供大家參考。 1.服務響應非常差，大概10月23-24日左右，下午回到酒店，開不進去門，反饋是門鎖電池沒電，本來特殊情況無可厚非，但出現找工程人員不接電話説在洗澡，前台也在外面打電話（搞衞生阿姨在電話裏面説的）然後就這個花費時間快25分鐘應該是有（等非常久）才解決，值班期間不在其它人無法解決。 注：前程搞衞生阿姨還是一直幫忙協調，還是有服務意識。 2.早餐應該是燒賣掉餐盤外面反饋客服人員丟掉，結果他們直接那還是拿過上去（震驚🫢），另外拿到餐盤棗是壞的，如圖，後邊就再也不敢去吃早餐了。 3.多次到前台續簽，前台男服務員感覺欠他百八十塊一樣態度（注女服務員整體還好）。 4.前述已説，離開店鋪時要計算累計天數手機給前台服務員看，沒有想到他沒有徵求顧客同意私自好評，表示強烈不滿。 5.硬件方面上述説了比較舊外，意外晚上自己清理垃圾（酒店反饋保潔下班），垃圾桶生銹成如圖這樣，看了真的🤢；另外衣服烘乾機少時間要2.5小時表示根本無法響應（不過多以上問題這個其次問題）。 注：市場應該是能給出答案，原來本想和同伴約好住你好酒店，結果訂滿約不到（週六）衹能自己住在對面如家，沒有想到是上面情況，此次原住5天，後面因為工作需要各種續住。

Across Hanzheng Street, another room was booked for a friend. The air conditioner is a bit hot. Open the window at night, there is a barbecue shop downstairs in the north. A bit taste. Service attitude is not bad, health is OK.

The room was spacious and comfortable to live in... The room at the beginning had a big smell of smoke, and it was required to be replaced. The downstairs was refreshingly changed. The new room also smelled, but it was acceptable... The bath water supply was normal... The weather in Wuhan was so hot, The comfort of the shower is a must... There are supermarkets and shared bicycles around, and it is close to the sports center.

The hotel's breakfast was incredibly filling! It was a mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, with a wide variety of options. I especially loved the freshly cooked pastries and fresh fruit. The ingredients were high quality and the taste was amazing. The staff were friendly, the environment was comfortable and clean, and it was a great way to start the day full of energy. Highly recommended! 😊

My husband booked it again when he went back. We just stumbled upon this hotel by chance, but after staying for two days, we felt it was really good. The fresh air system made sleeping more comfortable in winter, and the mattress was incredibly springy. The customer service was also very thoughtful. It feels like we've become quite attached to it.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. It is very close to scenic spots such as the Yellow Crane Tower and can be reached on foot. The surrounding transportation is convenient and there are many restaurants and snack bars. The hotel's sanitation is also very good, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the price is right, and the parent-child room is more convenient to live in. It is highly recommended!

The room is large, very hygienic, the service is very good, parking is convenient, the living is very quiet, not noisy, the most important thing is that I brought my pet cat, the cat went to take a bath, and the lady at the front desk helped me take it back to the room, it was great! There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel, including numerous barbecue stalls and food vendors, which is very convenient for a food lover like me. The stir-fried lotus root in Wuhan is absolutely delicious!!! There are also several shopping malls nearby, and it's very close to Metro Line 8. I booked this hotel specifically because of its proximity to Line 8, making it super convenient for visiting famous attractions like the Yellow Crane Tower and East Lake. In addition to these amenities, the hotel also provides a coffee machine and complimentary ice, so you can make your own iced Americano!!! The hotel environment is nice, the receptionist is very welcoming, and the housekeeping staff are polite and thorough. Overall, a very good stay!
