I came to Wuhan to meet an old friend and arrived at the hotel very late. The hotel was considerate and confirmed the arrival time and accommodation requirements with me before arrival. After arriving at the store and preparing to eat something, the front desk enthusiastically introduced and directed me to the surrounding food street, which was quite close and only a few minutes' walk away. In general, the store's service is warm and considerate, and the sheets and quilt covers are also very clean, and you can tell they are newly changed. The room hygiene is also quite meticulous, with no obvious dead corners. The price/performance ratio is still very high, and it is still worth recommending for general travel needs.

Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, itâs an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didnât overshadow the overall experience.
Check-In Experience:**
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions.
Room Quality:**
Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay.
Amenities:**
The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order.
Location:**
Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day.
Service:**
Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.Â
Conclusion:**
Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. Weâll definitely consider returning in the future!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not too far from the train station which makes it convenient, but itâs quite far from the city center to do activities. There is a metro station not to fat from hotel so thatâs not too bad.
The room was beautiful, modern and clean. We really enjoyed the water pressure and the water temperature in the shower.

QQiangweiweidefengLocation: Conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute walk from Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, Jianghan Customs Museum, and the riverside. There are many colonial-era buildings around, perfect for photos.
Environment: A hundred-year-old building with a sense of history yet still modern. The room was small but clean and tidy, and the hotel's decor was retro and elegant. The restaurants and bars outside the street-facing rooms were quite noisy at night, but it's fine if you're a heavy sleeper.
Service: Polite and well-trained, they anticipated guests' needs. Thanks to the front desk staff.

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotelâthis place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If youâre looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further.
Letâs start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhanâs cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridgesâincluding the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridgeâlight up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way thatâs visually stunning and emotionally moving.
The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxuriousâweâre talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. Itâs the kind of place that makes you stop and say, âWow,â the moment you walk in.
Iâve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while itâs fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. Youâre getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost.
The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kindâservice was impeccable.
If youâre a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I canât recommend it enough.
I will definitely return, and when I do, I wonât even consider staying anywhere else.

GGuest UserMaybe I started to pay attention to Dongcheng's hotels from now on. This is the hotel I stayed in. I felt that the layout was very reasonable. Watching TV, working and eating are arranged separately. The hotel laundry, gym and restaurant are well-equipped and the food is not perfunctory. The best thing is that the location is very convenient, close to the pier and backed by the pedestrian street. The service is also obviously well-trained. On the night of the 24th, I was extremely tired because of the long delay. The front desk receptionist was very considerate and arranged a comfortable room for rest.

RredpandaaThis was my first time staying at the Marco Polo Hotel. The location is superb, right next to the Hankou Riverfront.
We had initially booked a city view room for two nights, but the view wasn't ideal. A staff member then showed us a river view room, and we upgraded to a partial river view room, which had a fantastic view.
The room was well-appointed and very quiet. The toiletries were excellent, and the first mini-bar was complimentary, offering a good selection of beverages.
Upon check-out, we left our luggage with the concierge. The staff were very attentive and even gave us a small gift, which was a thoughtful touch. Thank you!
Executive Lounge Experience: The service at the executive lounge was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Enjoying the river view and light show from the lounge was a wonderful experience. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, the glassware designs were nice, and there was a good selection of drinks.
The only issue I encountered was with the executive lounge breakfast service. Unlike other hotel executive lounges where staff proactively take orders from a menu, here I consistently had to ask for the menu myself. Furthermore, the dishes often didn't match their descriptions. For instance, the teriyaki salmon was listed with hash browns but was served without them. The waffles also had inconsistencies, sometimes missing fresh banana slices or syrup. The portion sizes were also inconsistent; one time we received four pieces, and the next time only two. I hope these aspects can be improved.
Another minor inconvenience was with taxis. On several occasions, drivers stopped by the roadside and couldn't reach the hotel lobby, citing the navigation system's endpoint. Unless explicitly instructed to drive further, it was a hit-or-miss whether they would go all the way to the hotel entrance, which was quite inconvenient.
Overall, the experience was quite pleasant, and I would definitely consider staying here again!

HHuangbingchenFirst off, when we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room to one with an amazing view â big applause for that! đ
Secondly, the rooftop terrace wasn't open during our two-day stay. Coincidentally, we ran into the hotel's general manager, who very enthusiastically invited us up to the terrace. Even though it was closed, the GM offered to open it up just for my partner and me, so we could sit and enjoy the scenery. My partner was absolutely touched, haha.
However, the reason I didn't give a perfect score was this:
The air conditioning only blows hot air! Hot air! Hot air! No matter which mode we selected, it was always warm air. We asked the staff, and they said it was centrally controlled for heating. But they didn't account for Wuhan's weather or the ceiling height in our room. We ended up sleeping with the balcony door open every night just to get some cool air in; otherwise, the room was incredibly hot and stuffy, making it very uncomfortable!!! We couldn't even use the air conditioning for our entire stay, and at night, the heat would literally wake us up.
This is my first time giving a hotel's facilities a bad review. I'm sorry, but it was genuinely very uncomfortable.....

Xiao Yue at the front desk had a wonderful service attitude. đ You can store your luggage at the front desk, and there's a self-serve coffee machine that grinds fresh beans. This hotel truly makes guests feel comfortable, convenient, and valued. The attention to detail really shows.
