Not bad, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is included, but it is a bit far away, suitable for self-driving tours, driving by yourself, distance is not a problem, there is no underground parking lot, it is outdoor parking, right at the door, and convenient.

房間還可以門口就可以停車早餐一般，衞生有待提高𥦬户的糟裏有煙頭，陽台上也有煙頭，關鍵是管理有問題，服務員打掃好房間的衞生，管理人員就應該對每個房間進行檢查，合格、通過了再能租給客人。希望對服務人員進行培訓！

攜程酒店用了十幾年難得評價這麼多字，不是一般的差，特別差，軟硬件來説是沈巷最後的酒店了，衞生實在堪憂，窗簾下面還有上次客人留下的毛巾，床單裏還有頭髮晚上十二點到酒店，前台拽的跟****一樣，住個酒店跟求她的一樣，酒店投了這麼多錢，找個這種前台不知道怎麼管理的

平時較少給差評，這一次不得不給個差評，首先服務態度就很一般吧，因為在攜程會員等級比較高了，基本上都享受延遲退房，有的酒店到下午18:00，平均都是下午14:00，在這裏也祝了很多次了，基本每次都是14:00退房，昨天打了兩個電話催促退貨，第一個電話態度還可以，第二個電話就説再不退房我們就要收取超時費了，態度極差，我一個金鑽會員給不起你超時費？本着友好的態度沒有跟她斤斤計較，沒想到走了以後發生了一件令人匪夷所思的事，按金由200元變成了190元，私自扣除了10元有誰通知我？為什麼被扣10元又有誰通知我？這一點隱瞞了公民的知情權行為，讓我很不開心並且一定要給個差評，然後我致電此酒店詢問為何扣除這10元，更可笑的笑話來了，説我使用了避孕套，這是對我的一種侮辱，我既然能在攜程達到金鑽會員我在乎這十塊錢？用了肯定跟前台知會一聲，這樣無中生有，誣陷誹謗他人捏造事實，當即不與前台繼續溝通，立馬給攜程打電話，攜程後來知會到我原來衹是這個避孕套外觀有被撕破痕跡並未被使用，既然並被未使用為什麼要扣錢？有沒有一種可能是上一位住客使用或者破損的呢？事情也不查清楚冤枉好人？還有就是此行為對我造成了極大的心裏傷害，我如果是斤斤計較的人，我會立馬打電話報警讓警察來處理此事，我打了這麼多文字也浪費了我快20分鐘時間，希望此酒店能夠在服務態度上進行提升並且得以改進。

在其他人的推薦下住了天都，住了15天，個人體驗較差。
1.走廊和屋裡的地毯看起來比較臟。
2.白天上班，晚上回來後屋內異味很重，要開一個小時的空調才能勉強去除異味。白天不在房間時打開窗户會減小異味，但有時上班着急忘了開窗，晚上異味還是很重，不清楚原因，這是讓人住不下去的最大原因。
3.清潔服務不認真，晚上住時有一些垃圾丟在地上，白天沒有清理，第二天仍然存在。
4.前台服務工作消極，退房開發票時，首次發票寫錯公司抬頭，共墨跡了半小時，導致上班遲到。

這家酒店還是不錯的，特別是智能馬桶，可以噴水，烘乾，是一般酒店不多見的。感覺當時建的時候花了很大力氣在硬件上，衹不過後期的日常管理上細節不夠。大堂明顯的感覺有點點氣味。那麼大個大堂，就擺了幾個沙發，你添個電腦，弄點水果小零食，或者擺個電視，不是很好嗎？感覺管理者沒有很努力的在這些細節方面下功夫。
