Very helpful staff, many of the amenities are under repair so I don’t know why they keep advertising them. The room wasn’t very clean

The shower water pressure is very low and the hot/cold water is terrible, it's either too hot until can burn your skin or it's too cold. Even if you didn't turn the knob,one minute it's cold , the next it is icy cold.
Also after exit lift, you have to lift your luggage as the surface is not smooth. This is really inconvenient to your guests with luggage.
Other than this 2 point, the room is nice and worth to stay.

The position is perfect. We we t there in winter and the room was cold, i suggest go the Owner to inprove the gym quality, the machinery actually are toys not gym Machinery

It's OK, all aspects are good, especially the service. It was already late when we arrived at the hotel from Qinghai Lake, and the waiter helped us carry our luggage, thank you very much🙏

I booked this hotel during the holidays. When I first read the reviews, I thought it was not a good hotel. However, it turned out not to be as bad as other reviews said. The waiters were very enthusiastic and the service was very good. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms were quite clean. The buffet breakfast also has a rich variety. All in all, this trip to Qinghai was perfect and enjoyable.
