The hotel is consistently good, as always. The family suite is clean and spacious. I've stayed at Ronghua many times already. The front desk service is responsive and quick, and employee #30 was very helpful. Many thanks!

The location is excellent, the staff are polite, patient, and thoughtful, and transportation is convenient. Security guard 010 (meaning the security guard, number 010) is also very conscientious. I'll choose this place again next time.

The hotel's location is quite good, and the rooms are clean. However, the service attitude is lacking. The breakfast was a complete disaster and really brought down the hotel's score. If they want to improve, they absolutely need to overhaul the breakfast.

For this price, the room was absolutely amazing! It was incredibly spacious and spotless, with a smart toilet. There were so many power outlets, which was perfect for someone like me who travels with a lot of electronics to charge. They have a washer and dryer, though not many, so you might have to wait during peak hours. The location is superb – just across the street from Nanchang Street and the pier, with tons of dining options nearby. Due to an unexpected situation, Ms. Thirty at the front desk quickly helped me resolve the issue. Thumbs up!

Let's start with the downsides: the room isn't soundproof. I could clearly hear everything from the room upstairs and next door, which made it impossible to sleep. On the bright side: the transportation is convenient, and the location is good.
