The newly opened Orange Hotel is a favorite for me on business trips. It's quite unique, with additional meeting rooms, making it convenient for business travelers to hold meetings in their own private space. The overall service is very welcoming, and the signage is quite upscale. I'm quite satisfied. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Wuxi. The facilities are very comprehensive.

這次無錫之行，最驚喜的就是入住了桔子酒店，必須重點誇誇前台的服務——簡直是旅途中的暖心小太陽！剛到大堂就被工作人員的微笑迎接，辦理入住時動作麻利又耐心，主動遞上温水和橘子糖，還詳細介紹了周邊的美食、地鐵線路，連黿頭渚的遊玩攻略都貼心分享，完全沒把我們當陌生客人。 中途臨時需要延長退房時間，跟前台溝通後很快就協調好了，全程沒有一絲不耐煩；離開時還主動幫忙寄存行李，叮囑我們注意返程時間，細節裏全是用心。酒店本身也很贊，房間乾淨整潔、床品柔軟，地理位置便利，樓下就是商圈和公交站，出行超方便。但最打動我的還是前台的服務，熱情不刻意、周到不繁瑣，讓整個入住體驗都格外舒心。下次來無錫，一定還選桔子，已經推薦給身邊要出行的朋友啦！

雖遲但到新開的酒店，整體環境不錯。清清爽爽的來入住的時候，當天晚上訂了諾富特，發現日期訂錯了，但是他們家已經沒有房間了，那邊的前台給我推薦了這家 朋友家的小孩很喜歡吃這邊的橘子糖，整個服務氛圍也非常好，洗衣房裡麪也很充裕，不用排隊，不用爭不用搶。住宿環境ok，沒有異味
