Hotel is 2min walk from metro exit 4. Free use of washing machine and dryer at hotel level 5. Detergent provided. Room is clean and aircon is working well. But the entrance of the hotel is a short flight of stairs. Can be quite challenging for heavy luggages.

A nice, no-nonesense hotel at a good price-to-quality ratio in a very central area of Wuxi. Despite of all this, maybe the best feature of the hotel is the personnel, very kind and helpful. The washing machines at the customers' disposal at the fifth floor are very useful in case of long stays.

Very clean room，service is impeccable. Short walk to the metro, its in a convenient location. Only down side is that there is a small flight of stairs to get to the hotel lobby, maybe around 4 steps? Other than that, everything is great.
