The room is very old and not clean.
The fan of the toilet was hangging barely and about to drop.
Their cats are bothering the clients in the restaurant as they are just relying on foods from the clients.
Staffs are nice and scenes of the pond are great though.

Second time at the hotel and as always it did not disappoint. Spacious room with lake view, very clean and friendly staff.
Check in was smooth given the current covid restrictions.
I recommend the hotel if anyone is in this region.

Overall the hotel is pretty good! Linhu, running in the morning is great! The reason I booked this one was because it was great to get up for a run in the morning. Before leaving, the front desk also arranged to be delivered to the East Station, the service was very good

設施：第一間房進屋有臭味想打電話換個房間，電話壓根就是個擺設，這也店家後來的私闖房間的行為埋下了種子。沒有專業前台，一個男管家説是法人進行登記
衞生：第一間房下水道味兒很重，桌子都是手印壓根沒擦，換了第二個房間洗澡間頭髮沒清理，洗手池沒擦乾淨，反正就一晚，第二天上午趕火車就這樣了
環境：臨湖
服務：重點來了！登記入住後這個男店家給我們兩個女生送上樓了，然後在給我們更換房間後就正常離開，我看過登記的紙張，入住的人並不多，大概也就6.7間。第二天上午同伴先行離開酒店並未退房，我帶着耳塞休息，半睡半醒見聽見有人推門進來，然後立馬就清醒了，我大聲呵斥並詢問，他自稱服務員詢問是否需要打掃房間，我拒絕以後他就走了。思前想後覺得安全隱患很大再加上私隱受到了侵犯我就報了警，下樓告知男管家這個情況，他説是他開的門但並未進入房間。但未經顧客允許就私自開門，我還是一個女生在屋裡，無法想像會發生什麼。並且警察來了以後，這個男管家態度還特別差，一直跟我吵吵説他這是作為工作人員的正常行為。我理解為他就是知道我們是兩個女生住一起才敢這麼擅自推門，換成兩個大老爺們，他不被打都是躲過一劫了。我訴求退還房費，但他立馬就説不可能，還一直挑釁我，讓我走法律程序。各位想預訂這家酒店的，都三思而後行！目前我已在各大平台投訴，希望能有一個妥善的處理
