It's an OK hotel due to be a 5 star rating, did i expected more, probably yes. Is it worth? Definitely. the room is spacious and has at least mine, a great view. The free ticket to visit the cherry blossom park was really a nice surprise unexpected. Check in and check out flawless. My rank 3 star on facilities was due parking lot, i spent 15 minutes to find a vacancy lot. Hotel makes probably conventions/seminars and in the end, the guest has to suffer in hunting a parking space (i just knew had other parking area when i checked out, please, the 2 parking space should be connected in some way or better information about the 2nd parking lot).

Nice hotel to stay

At 10 pm, the child couldn't sleep in a certain Jiangzhixing Hotel because of the noise and cried loudly. We changed the hotel to Sheraton at the last minute. The front desk receptionist received us very warmly. The room types and prices changed quickly on weekends. We booked one night according to Ctrip's special price. The front desk reserved a room for the second night for us and bound the new order after the best price on the Internet came out. It was considerate for the guests. The child slept very peacefully that night, without crying or making a fuss. The breakfast was also very rich. Next time I come to Wuxi, I will stay at Sheraton again.

The hardware facilities of the Wuxi Sheraton Hotel recommended by Ctrip are not as good as those of the express hotels with decoration standards 20 years ago! Dirty carpets, moldy walls, and poor indoor air! This kind of five-star hotel has such a high rating. I don’t know how you Ctrip rated it! Or are the good reviews faked out! ! Basically, there is no service and no hardware. I spent more than 1,000 yuan to book such a room. Ctrip is just taking me for a fool! ! Can this meet the standards of a five-star hotel! ! The express hotels at the railway station are cleaner than this! ! I was so cheated! ! My impression of Wuxi was completely ruined because of this hotel! ! I didn’t dare to sleep under the yellow quilt of the hotel at night! I was afraid that I would pass on some diseases! The room was like a stuffy pot, with no fresh air at all! I was so suffocated that I even had asthma! I went to the hospital as soon as I got home! I hope Ctrip can give me a satisfactory explanation.

The location of the hotel is really great. Metro Line 2 goes directly to the hotel square, haha! There were a lot of people checking in, and the business was really good, but the queue was not long. Catherine at the front desk always smiled and served, which was heartwarming! The room has a wide view and a very square layout. I like it very much. Some rooms have a bad layout and always feel depressed, but this one is not. I recommend everyone to stay here.

The room facilities are convenient to use, and the transportation and catering are good. It is satisfactory. The gym is well-equipped and the swimming pool is very good. The breakfast is very rich and tastes great. The hardware conditions and service reception fully meet the standards of a five-star hotel.

The location of the hotel is really good. Metro Line 2 and Line 4 are right next to the hotel, making travel very convenient. Across the road is Lakeside Wanda Plaza, where you can eat, drink and go shopping. The hotel environment is nice and high-end. The cleaning staff are very enthusiastic and nod and greet us. The breakfast is also very rich. When we checked out, the front desk asked us whether our license plate number had been registered. It was a very good stay experience, worthy of being a five-star hotel.
