衞生打掃的還算乾淨，入住唯一滿意的就是衞生了，其他真的一言難盡…首先房間裝修設施什麼都很老舊，看得出有些年頭了，跟現在很多新建的五星酒店甚至是普通連鎖酒店都沒得比…現在很多酒店都是全智能了，艾迪的床頭連給手機充電的插口都沒有…還要把手機放去電視機櫃那沖 非常不方便，更別説其他的了，淋浴什麼也都算簡陋，放十年前算是五星吧，放現在真不能五星。網上放的房間照片和實際嚴重不符，拿着2期的房間圖賣1期的房間。checkin的時候詢問有沒有二期新房間，被回答現在不開放衹能住老樓。
酒店一整個就是衹能靠大堂唬唬人，進房間啥都不是，早餐的話就那樣，無功無過。最無語的是，退房後點的外賣還沒有到，就在大堂等外賣，然後外賣到了就在大堂沙發上坐着吃，然後不一會一個女工作人員路過，告訴我不能在大堂吃東西，因為“太不好看了”，問我有沒有房間，我説我退房了。住過很多國內國外的五星酒店，第一次碰到不讓客人在lobby吃東西的……大堂桌上衹看見了禁止吸煙，沒有見到任何禁止吃東西的標識，衹能説長見識了…可能這個艾迪酒店也就衹有大堂能裝裝面子了其他啥都不是，服務態度惡劣，員工一副我是老牌五星酒店的人上人態度在那服務，真的笑死了。最後一句，誰住坑誰…住過最爛最無語的五星酒店沒有之一，甚至連普通連鎖酒店的服務都不如。
