The hotel has an excellent location, just a 7-8 minute walk from the city center. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby, with Wangxingji Restaurant right next door. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the room itself was spotlessly clean, tidy, and very cozy. The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transport links, being adjacent to a commercial district for easy access to shopping and dining. Our overall stay was superb, making it an ideal choice for both business trips and leisure travel.

I was deeply touched by the warmth and hospitality of the Wuxi people. There was a minor issue with the room's air conditioner dripping slightly, but it didn't really affect my stay. The front desk manager was very apologetic and kept insisting it was their fault, promptly calling maintenance to fix it immediately. The lovely lady also offered complimentary breakfast and a beautiful souvenir. This trip to Wuxi, with its rich cultural heritage and beautiful cityscape, moved me beyond words. A heartfelt thank you once again to all the staff at Jinjiang Inn.

I'm usually a bit apprehensive about staying in hotels alone, but this place was incredibly comfortable. They were so thoughtful, even preparing a welcome gift, and they clearly took the safety of solo guests into account when I made my reservation. All in all, I felt very much at ease. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for any future stays!

The hotel boasts excellent facilities and is spotlessly clean. The ground floor offers laundry facilities (washers and dryers), a perfect amenity for summer trips. Its central location provides unparalleled convenience for exploring the city. The historic Wangxingji restaurant is right downstairs, and it's just a short walk to various shopping centers, Nanchang Street, Nanchansi Temple, and other popular pedestrian streets and tourist attractions.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for getting around; tourist attractions and the subway are all within walking distance! Crucially, the double room was so convenient for us traveling with a child. The bed was spacious enough that we didn't have to sleep separately, making it really easy to look after our kid during the night. The bed frame was solid and didn't make any noise, so our child slept soundly, and we got a good night's sleep too. Definitely recommend!

My first time visiting Wuxi started with a bit of a hassle at the ride-hailing pickup point at Wuxi Station, where I had to wait 40 minutes for my car. Thankfully, the hotel was excellent. It was clean and well-kept, the service was fantastic, and they even upgraded my room. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay overall. My only minor complaint is that there were no slippers in the bathroom, which I found a little unusual.

The rooms are clean and minimalist, offering great value for money. Its location is excellent, being conveniently close to the subway station with plenty of dining options and a bustling commercial district nearby. Situated in the city center, it's also very easy to hail a cab. It's within easy reach of Nanchang Street and Huishan Ancient Town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing clear directions for luggage storage. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

This stay exceeded my expectations! I arrived quite late in the evening, but check-in was very quick. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the soft, comfortable bedding ensured I slept soundly. The bathroom toiletries were also of good quality, and breakfast was available in the morning. The location is very convenient, not far from the subway station and shopping district, and particularly close to Nanchansi Temple. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

Many lamps deteriorated, bathroom doors were not good. Unattended - Non-soundproof room Someone talks and seems to shout loudly in the morning every day. - The room has a pillar in the middle, which looks strange and a little cluttered. - The room is clean. Tea is not provided in the room every day. - Front Reception is very attentive, including taking care of coffee in a cup ready to travel for guests. - Good location, close to major shopping malls and food and shopping areas, as well as temples and major attractions

Overall 3.5/5 stars. Pros: Great location, nearby 南禅寺 and 南长街. Located close to two metro stations as well, so public transport to and from the hotel is quite convenient. Had all the expected amenities, came with free bottled water and tea as well. Cons: The hotel is a bit old, some small parts were not thoroughly cleaned.
