Good service by the hotel once I arrived the hotel someone help me to open the door and someone help me with the luggages until my room.
That service staff is an elderly which I truly respected him for hold on this job responsibility.
Check in procedure is fuss free as well.
Kudos to all the staff there.

The kids room and the bed was super cool. Other then that the service was very friendly and we can highly recommend the Hotel. On arrival we got some fresh fruits, the furniture was great, breakfast had everything and all was fresh. They allowed us to have a late check-out without being charged. All in all great experience for a family

The room is clean and atmospheric! The customer service was attentive and they upgraded me to a lake view room. The breakfast is rich and there are various snacks from Wuxi. It was a very comfortable and happy stay. The location of the hotel is also great. After dinner, we walked to Yuantouzhu Gate and enjoyed the night view of Taihu Lake!
