Great hotel and service, clean rooms and especially in rainy weather the more reasons to enjoy the stay to the fullest. Extra wishes were made possible prompt and quickly. Highly recommend!

Great hotel for the price. Staff is friendly and speaks English. Rooms are giant and clean. Bathtub and shower combo was great. Really quiet as well

Still building in the area, will be great in a few years. Not far from metro or major shopping malls. Good swimming pool!

My family and I recently spent one night at the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel and had a wonderful experience all round. The reception upon check in was so warm and welcoming and two of the staff spoke perfect English, making the process of checking in seamless. Even if language had been a barrier, the professionalism shown by the reception staff would have made it painless! We enjoyed leisurely drinks in the lobby after check-in where we were, once again, received with warmth and efficiency. At breakfast, which had a good selection of both local and foreign options, every single staff member greeted us with smiles and willingness to serve. We were certainly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by all staff we encountered and were happy we had chosen the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel as our destination. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

Overall decent service

We chose Wuxi for our National Day family trip. This hotel is the one with the best experience. The hotel is very new and has robot food delivery. The front desk specially arranged a large bed made of twin beds. The beds are very flat and you can't feel the gap in the middle. It's perfect for a family with two children. The bathtub is also very big. The big and small babies took a comfortable bath. The swimming pool is also highly recommended. There is a paddling pool and massage pool for babies next to the swimming pool. The water temperature is very good. The gym equipment is also complete. The Dyson hair dryer equipped with the swimming pool shower is very clean. I will come again.

Facilities: The room is spacious and clean, with complete supporting facilities and a great living experience Service: The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. Not only did they upgrade the room and give the children breakfast, they also took the initiative to give suggestions for sightseeing and dining. 100% praise! Huayu Taihu is worth experiencing!

Service: Check-in during the National Day holiday was also very smooth. Linda at the front desk saw that we were with our baby and took the initiative to help upgrade the corner room. The room was much larger with a 2.3m king-size bed (a bed that was put together). The other ladies at the front desk were also very nice. They would smile and say hello when they saw the baby. The doorman would take the initiative to help open the door and take the luggage, which was also great~ Executive courtesy: The executive floor is on the 38th floor, with a good view (Figure 2), where you can see the canal. The executive lounge has afternoon tea (fruit drinks, wine, desserts) and dinner happy hour (pasta, stir-fried dishes, wine, drinks...). There are not many people for afternoon tea during holidays, but you need to queue up for dinner. There are many people but it is relatively orderly, and the dishes are replenished in a timely manner. Geographic location: It is very convenient to drive, take a taxi, and take the subway. Wudu Road Station of Metro Line 4 is downstairs.

The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, and we really felt at home. Eva is warm and attentive. Although it was during the National Day, she still arranged a suitable room type for our family and gave us a small gift for check-in. There was also an uncle in the lobby who was also warm and thoughtful. Although it was just a verbal greeting, it still made us feel warm and kind. The uncle also gave small balloons to the younger children, and the festive atmosphere was full🥳🥳🥳I will stay here again next time I go to Wuxi😄😄😄By the way, it is super convenient to take the subway🤠🤠🤠

The overall service level of the hotel is very good. They greet guests proactively and solve problems in a timely manner. Good service gives guests a good experience. The bedding is comfortable. The food during the happy hour in the executive lounge needs to be improved. During the National Day holiday, they were able to be busy and orderly, which is worthy of praise👍

I took my kids to Sunac to ski and booked Hualuxe. Angela at the front desk provided very good service and the room was very clean. I will book Hualuxe again next time I go to Wuxi.

The service attitude is very good. Breakfast, welcome drinks, children's balloons and children's toiletries are provided. Check-in happened to catch Bebejia's landing. They warmly reminded me to park and check the windows. I will stay here next time. The fitness equipment and swimming pool on the top floor have a great view. The breakfast is rich.
