The room was clean and the service was attentive. There is a swimming pool inside, and the children have a lot of fun. First of all, good service, clean, tidy, and good location. The bad thing is that the hotel's air conditioner is not good, and the temperature can't drop at all. I called the housekeeping department and told me to close the curtains! The temperature is lowered by pulling the curtains? It's so weird. Furthermore, the windows cannot be opened, the room cannot be ventilated, and there is no exhaust pipe in the bathroom. When calling the guest room, it is said to open the door to breathe. The engineer from the engineering department came to see the air conditioner and said that there is general fresh air in the whole building. Why don’t I believe it? If there is fresh air, the fuzz in the room will be covered with remote controls and desks? Breakfast is also average, 98 per person, too few varieties, a bit expensive compared to the price.

My family and I recently spent one night at the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel and had a wonderful experience all round. The reception upon check in was so warm and welcoming and two of the staff spoke perfect English, making the process of checking in seamless. Even if language had been a barrier, the professionalism shown by the reception staff would have made it painless! We enjoyed leisurely drinks in the lobby after check-in where we were, once again, received with warmth and efficiency. At breakfast, which had a good selection of both local and foreign options, every single staff member greeted us with smiles and willingness to serve. We were certainly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by all staff we encountered and were happy we had chosen the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel as our destination. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

First time visiting Wuxi! Looking for Ascott specifically! And it’s newly renovated, so the facilities must be pretty good! I booked this suite. The price/performance ratio is very cheap compared to other cities! The location is in the new area, which is relatively far from the attractions. It is more suitable to drive there~ When we arrived, we were stumped by parking! The entrance to the venue was blocked by stone pillars. After searching for a while, we found the underground parking lot! The room is quite big, and you need to bring your own seasonings and dishcloths for kitchen supplies! There is a coffee machine, but no coffee! Since it was a little late, I wrote a note and wrote down what I needed and put it in a prominent place! I didn’t make up for what I wrote the next day (I must have seen it), and the cleaning was very poor! I changed the towels and replenished two bottles of water, but they were not completely replenished, and the toiletries were not replenished! The garbage bags were not changed, and there was still garbage from previous residents under the curtains! The cleaning on the second day was okay, normal standard. One thing is funny, the mineral water served in this hotel is ice dew! This is a bit outrageous! Wholesale from Nongfu and Yibao only costs a few cents, which makes me feel much better! The toilet is very big, but there is one peculiar thing. There are three doors in one toilet! One is the living room, one is the bedroom, and the other opens into the corridor, which is outrageous! I always feel that the door is not closed properly when I sleep at night. I suggest adding an anti-theft chain inside!
