Great location and super cheap rate! It is close to metro entrance and a very large mall with many great eateries.. My room was large and clean but a bit dated. The hotel is very typical of what you would expect from a 5*, beautiful lobby, professional staff, large dining facilities etc. The staff were great from the start and the breakfast was excellent. My only concern is value for money and whether I feel that paying 2x what I could pay in a very comfortable competing 5* or even 4* results in two times the quality of experience. Sadly, I'd say no. When I checked in I had to pay 4000 deposit,.that's on tip of the more than 3000 to Trip.com as a guarantee. So for 2 nights, I've paid 7000RMB upfront. The 'non-smoking' room smelled of smoke, which ive come to expect in China. The only way to manage this is to hit locals in the pocket and put a sign in all rooms saying 'evidence of smoking on check out will result in losing your deposit'. To be fair to the staff, they responded quickly and tried room smoke smell but responded quickly and offered to clean the air with some machine but it's totally ineffective once smoke is embedded in the upholstery and walls. The club lounge was a very nice benefit of staying on floor 26, great selection of food, salad and drinks. However it should be called the kids lounge because there were more children than adults running wild. Not very relaxing but worth a visit. The hotel bar said 'all inclusive' on the drinks menu but then 6% tax was added at the end. This isn't all inclusive and the hotel has either a legal or ethical responsibility to make charges clear before the customer orders. The coffee machine at breakfast wasn't working on both days, either no water, or the filter needed emptying. It could have just been bad timing for me but staff should keep an eye on consumables and keep things running. The location is a short taxi ride to Wuxi railway station and ancient street. The giant Buddha is a 45 min taxi or I believe you can take the 88 bus. Heliekou station (exit 7) is literally by the entrance of the hotel. Room was quiet, good selection of complimentary toiletries and 2x water each day. Mini bar had drinks and snacks but chargeable. The hotels best feature was outstanding employees.

Stayed for four nights, the front desk service was very warm, the room was relatively clean, the underground parking garage was not limited to the number of times to enter and exit, the public charging station was next door, and the attractions were relatively close, quite satisfactory. I decided to go to Wuxi on the spur of the moment on New Year’s Eve. After comparing several hotels, I finally chose theirs! Sure enough, there is nothing wrong! Excellent location: The hotel is located in the center of Wuxi, with the subway across the road. The hotel is only a five-minute walk to Suning, Yaohan, Sanyang Plaza and Hang Lung (you can check in to the Internet celebrity toilets)! It takes 10 minutes to walk to Donglin Academy and Xiaolou Lane! It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Nanchan Temple and Nanchang Street, or take a taxi for 8 or 9 yuan! A taxi ride to Yuantouzhu costs around 37 yuan. Basically, the hotel is very convenient for going to all the major attractions in Wuxi! We basically take a taxi because it’s not convenient to park anywhere during the Chinese New Year! 33 Hotel facilities: I was originally worried that the hotel might be too old, but it turned out to be no problem at all. We booked an executive suite with a great view on the 25th floor! The 2 rooms do not interfere with each other! The room is atmospheric, clean, and has no smell 3. The bathroom 🚽 is very functional! Unexpected hahaha! The breakfast located on the 28th floor of the hotel is great! And there was no crazy price increase during the Chinese New Year! Excellent value for money! Service attitude: We arrived in the evening, and the housekeeper Xiaoquan was very considerate. He gave us small pastries, and also gave us very festive red masks and trinkets for the Chinese New Year! The kids like it very much! They even helped us fold our clothes when cleaning the next day! The staff answered all our questions and any small requests we made were met immediately! Thank you so much! The car can be parked in the open space at the door. There are many shops around to buy things and eat. The taste is good. The landlord is very polite and the daily necessities are fully prepared. It is close to the canal and within half an hour to the west is the ancient town of Huishan. The hotel is probably in the very center of Wuxi. In the old area, in a well-used house, the room is quite big, the facilities of the budget hotel, the yoga ball is really unique, but unfortunately I am useless. My room has no window, the cheapest. Lots of food nearby.
