Wanda Moments, Wuyi

The views are amazing, and the location is super convenient, right above a commercial center and Jinhu Park. The scenery is absolutely stunning, and the room is very spacious and comfortable. It's a shame my business trip was so short; otherwise, I would have loved to stay three more days to explore the ancient city and museums. That would have been truly enjoyable!

Our trip to Wuyi was mainly for hot springs. This hotel is very close to Tangfeng, a great location. There's a shopping mall downstairs with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment. Jin Lake is in front, offering beautiful scenery. To the right, there's a large children's play area where the kids had a great time. The hotel breakfast was excellent; we were very satisfied. The restaurant wasn't particularly large, but the selection was quite comprehensive, including most of the core dishes. The service was also good; they were very responsive. We'd definitely come back next time.

The hotel lobby felt a bit shabby, a very small place; I almost thought I'd gone to the wrong place. The room size and facilities were acceptable, and the toiletries were ACCA brand. (If it weren't for these toiletries, I would have thought it was a fake Wanda Hotel.) The breakfast was decent, not a huge selection, but it had the basics and was edible. A few things to complain about: the pillows were very basic, and surprisingly, there were no memory foam pillows. The shower water pressure was inconsistent, sometimes strong, sometimes weak, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, making showering a real ordeal. The soundproofing was absolutely terrible; if the tap was running in the next room, it would rattle and bang, making it impossible to sleep. At night, even the slightest noise from nearby rooms or floors was incredibly loud, making it impossible to sleep.

To be honest, the view outside the room is very good, and the attitude of the lobby attendant is also good, but there are two points. First, the hardware, the bathroom near the bed is a toilet, which is completely unsuitable for people with the same company, the sound insulation is very poor, and the smell cannot be isolated. Second, the software is that the breakfast is not delicious. There is no water and towels in the gym, nor in the laundry room, and the two are connected.

湊合吧！上一位顧客是男的，進到裏面還沒變！進到廁所一看還有男士尿完滴在地上沒有擦地，向前台反應馬山過來收拾，這個響應很快！但是！看着是衞生主管的人來了就説那不是尿，那就是打掃滴的水，我説你歲數也不小了應該也有結婚了，是什麼自己心裏沒數嗎？！不用狡辯！打掃的直接拿布擦了，都是黃色尿漬，那主管還狡辯説她都檢查過的很乾凈！無語了🙄睜眼説瞎話啊！前台小妹挺好的，馬上給送喝咖啡安撫！

早餐完全不適合外藉人士！ 最基本的叉子（FORK)也沒有提供！ 食物普通，咖啡難喝！ 公共地方冷氣嚴重不足！ 連續訂了四個晚上，到最後一晚竟然不能進入房間！累我跑來跑去跟進！ 還說我的訂單是只有三晚！ 完全溝通不良！ 不會再入住。
