Tianze Garden Villa Hotel

Everything was great – clean, spacious rooms and excellent service. The breakfast was fresh and convenient.

The environment is nice and the service is great! They offer welcome fruit, and the breakfast buffet at the restaurant is also good, with some dishes changing daily. I had lunch there one day, and the food was delicious. Plus, there's fish feeding and two cats in the lobby.

The hotel's environment and facilities are exactly as depicted in the pictures, and the outdoor area is a huge plus. Although the room space isn't large, it has a complimentary mini-bar and all the necessary tea sets, tea leaves, and daily essentials. A special shout-out to the front desk for their conscientiousness and every smiling face from the lobby staff. The only minor downsides are that the breakfast is just average, and the public tea area is located on a main thoroughfare. I hope they'll put up 'no smoking' signs there, as smoking in a semi-enclosed space significantly impacts the experience for other guests. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

Absolutely loved my stay here! It's a charming courtyard-style standalone villa. In the evenings, we could relax in the yard, chat, and the kids had a blast on the swing and feeding the fish – it was so peaceful. It's also incredibly photogenic; I got so many beautiful pictures of my child. The staff were all wonderful, so it's a definite five-star rating from me! Plus, buying the 'Impression Dahongpao' tickets through the hotel was cheaper too.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The environment is lovely, and the facilities are complete. From the moment we arrived, the porters who helped with our luggage to the ladies at the front desk were all incredibly nice and friendly. They also provided a lot of useful tourist information, which we really appreciate. The auntie at breakfast was also very kind, working hard by herself. The hotel even upgraded our room to one with a beautiful balcony. However, the cleaning auntie... she would knock on the door asking if we needed cleaning, even when the 'Do Not Disturb' sign was out. When we said later, she would press us for an exact time and her tone wasn't pleasant. Once, during a typhoon, we were on an important call and couldn't answer her properly, just saying 'later when we're less busy'. The auntie then loudly mumbled something outside our door, so much so that it drowned out our speakerphone conversation. When you're on vacation, you want to relax, and being woken up by knocking when you want to sleep in is something I really dislike. Everything else was perfect! There are many plump koi fish in the hotel's central area; you can bring some fish food to feed them.

The environment is great, right within the scenic area, making it convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I bring my kids to visit.

The front desk upgraded our room for free, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The surroundings were quiet and elegant, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is well-located next to Sangu Resort, making dining and getting taxis very convenient. The courtyard view is lovely, and the front desk and staff are all very welcoming. The bedding and bathroom facilities are high quality. However, I wasn't aware beforehand that the 'Neighborly' room type looks out onto old residential buildings very close by. Seeing laundry hanging out on the opposite side when opening the curtains was a bit of an eyesore. Other than that, I was very satisfied.
