Hmm. Stayed early Nov. Location walking distance to Wuyi Palace bus stop. You still need to go to the park south gate to buy tickets, best to take Didi. Service, wow. Pulled up to the hotel and the porter took the bags from the car and handed them to me; thanks. Front desk staff on average, poor performers. They did have a park ditu (all Chinese). Rooms OK, nothing special. No facilities at this place, and at night, nothing in the area to eat, shop. You need to walk back into town across the river. This hotel does not have breakfast, you need to go next door (front desk reluctant to tell us exactly where). They advertised Chinese and western breakfast; western consisted of white bread, coffee and stale corn flakes. Staff here were on another level; I finally got a knife to spread some butter, and they wanted me to put the knife back in a common area for others to use, I could go back and get it again if I needed. I had no idea what they were thinking. This place relying on gimmicks like free icecream and massages which I should have picked up on. My wife waited 2 hours for her appointment and still no massage. Management rang at 10pm to apologise (?), again while we were next door at breakfast, running after us as we're heading to Wuyi park, and again at checkout. This hotel charges a premium and does not deliver. Never be back or recommend
