While it's a bit of a distance from Sangu Resort, the hotel has excellent facilities that cater to all ages for dining and entertainment. Our guest manager, Joan, was incredibly responsible and thoughtful; she confirmed our itinerary and arranged airport pickup well before our arrival. Upon check-in, she even upgraded our room type, making our elders' stay more comfortable. She also meticulously arranged our meals and afternoon tea around our schedule, which truly put our minds at ease during our trip. The only downside was the hotel pool's temperature, which was only 26 degrees Celsius, making it a bit too cold for kids to swim in.

Ms . Wu (吴丽姬) is super friendly and she’s offered help from the moment we arrived at the the hotel until the moment we left. She even provided an awesome tea drinking experience to us. The hotel is very clean and it smells really good with the infused tea smell. The restaurant has great food.

Generally decent hotel with good facilities in room though lights have to be turned off section by section (master switch didn’t seem to work). Breakfast came with a good selection of local delicacies e.g., 汤圆. The hotel also offers shuttle services to nearby attractions (check with front desk). Our stay did coincide with a major conference of a thousand participants and we were dismayed by the indoor smoking. The whole lobby was saturated with cigarette smoke. It was very uncomfortable, unbearable at times, when we were in the lobby and breakfast lounge. Thankful to the staff 张经理 (Winnie) and front desk officer 书艺 for making our stay a pleasant one; latter helped us patiently with our queries since it was our first time in WYS and former made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip.
