從來沒有試過這麼差的酒店，網上訂了二個大床房（424元／間），顯示5～7樓，去到是2樓，關鍵是一個房間鎖不了門、另一個空調開不了（不會制暖），後來工程人員將門鎖壞了的處理好了，空調不吹暖氣的處理不了，衹能換房，服務員給我二間7樓標雙的房卡讓我自己去看，看了二間標雙，一間異味很大！另一間仍然是空調不制暖；又回到一樓，由服務員帶着去看，換到5樓小了1／3的雙人標間，也就算了吧！令人不舒服的是工程人員留下的雜物桶還在電視機底下！花灑頭是爆裂的！馬桶蓋發黃的！房間連衞生紙也沒配！煮水壺又臟、蓋子上面的水垢厚厚！門縫很大、隔音效果極差！無語！
