The stay was wonderful. The staff at front desk made our stay extremely comfortable. The hotel has a highly professional staff and they go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. Special thanks to the lady at front desk miss zang huihui... she was always so quick to respond . They made a mini refrigerator available at 5 minutes notice and specially coordinated with the restaurant to manage my dietary requirements... Rooms are very spacious and the hotel is right in the center of the resort. Making it very convenient to access any amusement at short distance. the resort itself is a 5 star experience... The four seasons water park is highly enjoyable . It has a lot of rides for every age group.. my youngest is 3 years old & eldest is 9.. all enjoyed it very much...the best experience is the live performance called "meeting wuyuan"... You must take the boating experience but at night.. so as to fully enjoy the night view in essence... In short... Spend the day in water park and get out as soon as the sun goes down...the resort offers you the best day & night amusement combination to plan your visit despite hot weather in wuyuan! End your day with live performances and night view... Every penny is worth it!!!

Shops open very late

Opposite the room is a single-family suite with a very nice view. There is a lake in the middle, which looks pretty good at night. Ms. Hu Hao at the front desk was very kind and took the initiative to inform us of the performance schedule of the attractions. The shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off were handled by a very patient person in the middle of the night. Noise issue in our room, the starry sky at night is really beautiful.

The room is large and quite comfortable. The toilet and bathroom are separated on two sides, dry and wet, and there is an oversized washbasin. The whole family can use it together without disturbing each other. The full-length mirror is very nice. Girls want to look beautiful when they go out. Because the mirror is on the diagonal right side of the bed, there is a curtain to block it to avoid being scared when you wake up at night. The shuttle bus is free, but it doesn't go directly to the hotel. It has to climb a bridge, which is quite difficult for people with heavy luggage. You can go up to the hotel entrance and ask the front desk guy to carry your luggage up the stairs at the hotel entrance. There is an elevator in the hotel, so you can just sit with your luggage. Breakfast is served in the floating restaurant, which is average and edible. You can park your self-driving car in the parking lot of the visitor center. The check-in lady said that if you want to go out, you can register with her or at the hotel front desk. However, there is a time limit for this registration. If you are not sure about the details, you can inquire in detail at the tourist center where you check in. The location of the hotel is not far from the Iron Flower, and not far from the one on the south wall. There is an alley next to the Huizhou Merchants Club (probably called this) and it is next to the river. If you are not sure, you can ask the hotel front desk. There is also a snack street next to the bridge that you must climb to the hotel. If you are hungry, go and eat, but don’t think about how delicious it is. Being able to eat sums up everything (although I think being able to eat some of them doesn’t count). Mixue Bingcheng, Bawang Chaji and Luckin Coffee are all over there in the visitor center. You need to go out to buy them. They are not available inside, so when ordering, remember to bring your ID card and take the shuttle bus to buy them outside. You can go back and forth during the day. The shuttle bus is also convenient. But there will be a lot of people at night, and the shuttle bus will only leave when it is full, so don’t go shopping at night.

The hotel is good and the location is very good. Miss Hu Hao at the front desk is very enthusiastic and responsible. It’s a great experience!

It's a great experience to come to Wunuzhou in the off-season. There are very few people in the scenic area during the day, and you can feel the leisure and tranquility. The girl at the front desk, Xiaojuanjuan, is really nice and soft-spoken. Although there were some problems due to lack of hot water, they were able to solve them promptly and enthusiastically.

There will be dedicated staff to connect us when we move in. The handsome young man Jiang Huateng who contacted us is very enthusiastic, but I feel that there are too many people there on weekends.
