A much needed weekend staycation in Hainan. Hotel is in a gorgeous location - set in the tropical rainforest. Very large grounds. Helpful and accommodating staff. Bath tubs and heated blankets for the cooler months. We had a fantastic guide who took us on a walk just outside of the hotel and into the rainforest. You can do a shorter loop or you can continue up and up and up lots of stairs- it is a good workout. The path is not 100percent complete / or not open right at the top so we went to a little door and back down again. I very much enjoyed this walk. Our helpful guide provided with walking sticks and helped with photo opportunities. After the the walk he showed us a a temple and gallery located in the hotel’s grounds. The gallery kindly provided us with our very own tea ceremony and the views from the small room of the mountain was lovely.

It’s ok is the room’s dampness. The sound insulation is not good. I heard the sound of the electric drill in the morning. I finally had a rest. I told the front desk to check out at two o’clock. As a result, I called at 11 o’clock to check out. I had a rest upstairs for the night. Someone is annoying enough to push things, and the delayed check-out has already been said, and then they call me in advance, even more annoyed🤬

Very satisfied stay. The location is excellent, very close to Wuzhishan Bus Station and the National Museum. There are many places to eat around. There are delicious hot spring goose and emerald duck. When you get up in the morning, the clouds and mist on the mountain behind are called a fairyland. The big set on the edge of the hotel on Saturday is also quite distinctive. The room has a balcony, drinking tea and looking at the pool below is also very pleasant.

The hotel is located by the river. Going out is the city center. The hotel is newly opened this year, so the facilities are very new. But the room area is not large, and I was surprised that there are no chairs and tables in the double bed room, which is not a good experience. Stayed in the hotel for two nights, and the room did not have hot water during the second night. Called the front desk, the uncle security came up to fix it for a long time, and it took at least half an hour for the hot water to come out slowly. When I was repairing it, I asked the front desk if I could change the room, but it didn't work. The hotel’s management and scheduling lack flexibility, and the reasonable needs of the guests cannot be resolved in time. This point should be improved. In summary, the hotel facilities are very new, but not complete, and services need to be strengthened. However, in the absence of many good hotels in Wuzhishan, this hotel is relatively ok.

The B&B is located in the villa residential area on the mountain, and the night is very quiet. The first floor of each building is a cultural area, piano, chess, calligraphy and painting, billiards, table tennis and fitness equipment are all available, and there are also Zen rooms and tea rooms. The second floor is a room, about 2 rooms in a building, and there will be no noise between each other. The courtyard has a view, a seating area, cats and dogs (will be released during the day), hamsters and cockroaches, and cats are very loved ones. The service attitude at the front desk is also very good. There is a breakfast roll, but I am used to not eating, I have not eaten, the restaurant can also make an appointment for lunch and dinner, takeaway can also be delivered. The fly in the ointment is that the location is a bit biased. You can get a taxi from the bus station, but if you go to the bus station, you can take the bus without driving. The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain. The road to the hotel is scenic and pleasant. The air quality is excellent. You can see the stars. The room is quiet and fully equipped. The staff are attentive and the food tastes good. It is especially suitable for rest and self-driving accommodation.

Come here to travel, I feel very good, the location is good, it is more convenient to go to the tourist attraction, the nearest attraction, the landmark building of Jiefangbei, the night view of Hongyadong or the farthest Yangtze River cableway can be walked for more than ten minutes. Environment: The air in Wuzhishan is fresh. This hotel is next to a river. The view from the room is okay, and there are buildings on the opposite side. Mountain view. There are many empty buildings around the hotel. There is a good coconut chicken restaurant nearby. Overall, I felt that the hotel lobby and some areas on the first floor were too dark. Hygiene: Room hygiene is OK Facilities: The facilities in the room are not very good. The TV remote control battery is out of power, the phone cannot be made, and the bath water is a lot of cold water at the beginning. Service: Fortunately, the cleaning lady on our floor is not afraid of our troubles. She is helping to solve the problem. Juanjuan at the front desk is kind-hearted and the service is also good. Cost: It costs money to wash clothes, not the public kind. Compared with several family room hotels I have stayed in before, I think the overall room price in this hotel is a bit expensive. Maybe it's because the hotel is relatively new, but I found that the occupancy rate didn't seem to be very high. Breakfast: There are both Chinese and Western breakfast options.
