國家運動員訓練基地，常看到有小運動員出入，酒店服務挺好，有游泳池，出入也很方便，包早餐，午餐可以自助也可以單點，味道還不錯，街對面也有飯館。

房間有點陳舊但挺乾淨的，早餐可以，有海南粉自己煮，房間沒放一次性拖鞋後面要才給的，水是小瓶的不夠喝又要了兩瓶後，告知再要交費了。停車方便，距離五指山風景區約50公里，錯峯旅遊性價比太高了，酒店很便宜。比較滿意。

大樓為體育訓練中心的配套設施。外觀大氣、大堂氣派；衹是房間內部裝修比較老，似乎是很久之前的運動員活動場所。房間寬敞，未有精美的智能化設計。
