跟其他評論説的差不多，確實是新裝修了外觀，內部沒裝修，還是原來的樣子。
優點是房間寬敞，空間夠大，有桌子，有椅子，有茶几，有足夠的地方放背包，手機充電器和其他雜物。
缺點是比較陳舊，基本上是十幾年前的裝潢沒動過，衞生情況普通，沒有很臟也不會很潔凈，但一些特定的死角是積灰的
還有就是衞生間地面排水沒做好，排水口不是最低位置，或者地面瓷磚的坡度沒鋪好，結果造成洗澡時積水，洗完澡穿着拖鞋蹚水出去吧。 乾濕分離也是沒有的
房間面朝大街，窗户不錯，隔音好。 床墊見仁見智，衹能説我睡了腰痛
酒店後就是潘塘公園，夏天有荷花，可以走走看看

酒店位置好，離騎樓很近，旁邊就是公園，吃飯逛街都很方便，酒店有自己的專屬停車場，自駕過來停車方便，前台服務熱情周到，房間裏衞生條件好，設施齊全，房間舒適温馨，性價比高，值得選擇。

酒店的房間很大，床也大。酒店後面就是一條好吃街，位置很好，去哪裡都不遠，吃和玩很方便哦。梧州的感覺很好，下次再來打卡。

這家店位置很好，離景區很近，離江邊也很近，周圍有吃的，嗯，生活用品也挺多的，他離那個後面的公園也挺近的，總體位置不錯，然後環境也還可以，衞生也可以。

設施較陳舊（特別是衞生間），房間的環境及傢具與住房價格還匹配。我們主要是需要酒店周圍環境及吃飯等方便，還便於上高速公路快等特點！如果衞生間再改造下就更完美了（窒內停車蠻好還不收費，好！）

地板很臟很臟，我們的房間在樓梯口很吵隔音很差，毛巾還有頭髮，幸好衹是住一個晚上不太敢洗澡

總體來説還是比較方便乾淨的！出去不遠，友誼農貿市場可以轉轉看看！自有的停車場，停車也很方便。附近吃點東西也不遠！旁邊有早中晚茶店，可以吃，也可以吃炒菜！
