酒店就在騎樓城附近，出行方便，周邊的超超超牛排粉好味道，騎樓城的健記湯圓厚實料足，桃桃田螺老伯田螺都不錯，老牌酒店高端大氣，離酒店200米有固定露天停車場，房間夠大，廁所分乾濕分離，中間洗漱台空間巨大，山景房面對馬路，江景房麪江可觀兩面貨船來來往往，配套設施齊全，樓下有餐廳，就是年代久，設施有所老化，中間有些小問題，反映給前台，立馬幫助解決了。打車到龍母廟，兩廣總督府10元左右，出入方便。

設施：老酒店了，基礎老牌服務很好 環境：裝修挺老的，感覺房間有之前客人的煙味，空調聲音有點大 衞生：盡力搞衞生了已經還算乾淨 距離很好 服務：滿分 這個酒店感覺商務出差男很多

房間的真的如網上評價一樣，設施，太陳舊。浴室的淋浴門脱離軌道，是掛在上邊的軌道上的。真的挺危險。地漏不滲水，衹能手動拿起來。最讓人無語的是房間有上一波客人留下的頭髮，並且不止一根。但是有一説一，位置很不錯，江景很美。前提是你能忍受貨船早上的鳴笛聲。距離所有的熱門景區都不遠。門口確實有共享電單車。

優點：房間夠大，乾淨整潔，無異味，睡得也蠻好的，鏡子多，停車位多。 缺點：設施有點舊，門的隔音效果差。 總結：下次還來。
