幾個問題：1.訂的連續住兩晚的房間，已經諮詢前台第二天是否需要到前台刷房卡，前台人員告知不需要，但是第二天晚上遊玩回到房間發現門卡刷不了，還是要下樓去前台重刷。2.房間電視如同擺設，默認的觀影軟件都是要充值會員，問前台有沒有別的方法或者途徑看電視，回答沒有。3.還有三間房有茶几沒有椅子，除了坐床上就沒別的地方坐了，也不知道茶几是讓我們站着用的嗎？4.停車場地上都是糞水，環境不知道怎麼説。5.空調漏水，把放在燒水壺那兒的化粧包全部淋濕了。
