Relaxing great service good food

Clean and beautiful. I will definitely be returning with my family.

Newly opened in 21, the decoration is simple and modern, very clean, convenient for parking, good service, the room is bigger than the same type in the United States, very satisfied, the only thing that can be done better is that there are fewer varieties of breakfast, everything else is very good , it's worth coming again!

First time at the Residence Inn in Wyomissing. The facility appears new and was clean, which we appreciated. The bed was comfy, but the lighting in the room was bad, particularly the bathroom. The biggest issue was that we heard the people on the floor above us late into the night and early morning. It seemed like they were exercising up there and jumping up and down. At approx. $200 a night, I don't want to be kept awake by noise due to inadequate insulation between floors. I would be looking to book a different hotel as my first choice on the next visit,

I have elevated status with Marriott given the frequency of stays at their properties. If you expect a Marriott experience look elsewhere. This is the place to stay when you want to know what living in Section 8 housing is like. Staff - unprofessional, slovenly, rude, dirty. Asked my wife to wait to check in while they finished their Big Mac. Couldn’t be troubled to deliver extra towels to our room. Failed to clean our room when we requested - said they only had to clean it once every 3 days. Food - vending machine food would have been an upgrade to what they offered for breakfast Location - Reading never feels safe to me and this location seems to cater to local traffic instead of out of towers - definitely NOT a business or family hotel. Room - uncomfortable - no attention to detail at all. Toilet plugged which management was aware of. Not a single picture or decoration anywhere. Table wobbled. Dishes didn’t fit in cabinet so cabinet doors didn’t close. Electrical panel in the room?..is that safe? This is the single worst Marriott I have ever experienced and I would encourage you to stay elsewhere.

New (＜1 year old) facility, in nice area. Very friendly front desk staff, easy check in. Room was excellent, clean, quiet. Breakfast had more variety than typical Residence Inn-several warm entrees, fresh fruit, & oatmeal. Exercise room with several treadmills, ellipticals & bike. Check out was easy-same friendly staff as check in.

The suite was very nice. We made use of the full kitchen and had a few meals at the countertop. We also used the indoor pool which was clean. We needed to ask for clean towels. Free breakfast which was good and saved us a lot of time and money by having to go out to eat. No complaints. I would stay here again. Front desk staff were all friendly and professional.

Wow...I was blown away when I read the other reviews posted on this site. Our experience was much different from those folks, who for one reason or another, did not enjoy their stay. We stayed here for two nights while visiting an area we moved from ten years ago. We have travelled the world and very few hotels compare to the level of comfort here. This Marriott was well planned and provides all the comforts of home. The room was awesome, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
