We have just stayed at this Hotel for 3 days and it was a terrible disappointment. We booked through *********** and read the facilities on offer, and this hotel doesn’t really offer anything apart from a lovely restaurant. You book a Spa hotel which is quite expensive then they expect you to pay €20 pp per day to use the ‘Spa’ The spa consists of a small pool, jacuzzi , sauna and steam room. There is nowhere to sit or beds to relax on so you would struggle to spend an hour in there. There is no Concierge service so we had to drag our heavy suitcase down the road and lots of stairs. There was no offer of any help. The rooms seem lovely but lack any normal facilities that a 4 star hotel should offer. There was a kettle in the room but no cups or spoons, apart from the normal shampoo and shower gel there were on other nice touches that you would expect. The pool outside looks very appealing on the photos but the area is badly maintained. It rained for 3 mornings whilst we were there and the beds and cushions were left outside so soaking wet for the rest of the day. There is nowhere to get a drink by the pool and no bar area. The breakfast is nice but the service was terrible. We were never approached by staff to ask if we would like any hot food or drinks but instead had to constantly ask to be served. The hotel has been well photographed and is very well staged on Social Media but this isn’t a true reflection of the hotel. Such a shame as it could be amazing but we were glad to leave.

We had a suite booked and it was luxurious and spacious with a sitting area and terrace overlooking Xabia and the massif that dominates the town. The bathroom was very generous with twin basins and lots of bench space which made up for the lack of alternate storage. The suite was quiet with stunning views and plenty of space to relax. A highlight was the pools and garden overlooking the twin and Mediterranean beyond. We dined twice in the restaurant for dinner, and the food and wine were excellent, as was the service. Breakfast was very good; it had everything we wanted including a coffee barista. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location, albeit further from the centre of town, was still close to a supermarket and alternate restaurants. We loved our stay - it felt like a luxurious getaway with everything we needed at our fingertips. A special stay that we will always remember.

The restaurant needs to be mentioned. Informally tasty food with a lot of love, creativity and gusto. Will return in a flash to have the carrot hummus!

A hidden gem of a hotel with a fantastic spa and super-friendly service. The rooms are comfortable the beds are super comfortable and the spa is fantastic. The breakfast offers a full range for every taste - we stay ed a week and there was enough varierty to ensure we didnt get bored. The restaurant Madre is outstanding

My mum and I stayed here for a week and are leaving tomorrow had an absolutely wonderful time. Finding a bit of luxury near Alicante was initially a struggle but we found this gem and were very happy with our experience! Our room was stunningly decorated, beautiful and very clean (the website is a little confusing as it calls the top tier suite “Doble Jardin” - the same as the bottom tier room, which I think is an error). We had the suite and it was incredibly spacious, bed was enormous and the hotel were more than happy to set up an additional bed for me. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and as it’s a boutique type hotel you’ll interact with the same members of staff throughout your stay which makes it feel much more personal. You can WhatsApp (call or text) reception as there is no phone in your room which felt a little unusual at first but once you get used to it, it was actually much more convenient! Especially since most of us use WhatsApp anyway these days, it felt easier and more natural. The staff speak great English and even managed with and seemed to appreciate my very broken Spanish! So thank you for that! Breakfast was lovely - a largely continental selection of croissants, baked goods, cold meats and cheeses, and with a limited selection of cooked options (omelette or scrambled/fried egg cooked fresh to order), and freshly made coffee options. It would have been nicer to have a few extra options with the eggs as they don’t come with anything else, but this is only a minor point. The spa was lovely and we had two treatments which were very high quality and the therapist was brilliant. The staff in the spa are so nice. There is a charge of 19EUR to use the indoor pool which is called a “circuit”. It would be nice for access to the pool to be a bit cheaper for hotel guests during low season when it’s a bit colder outside, but otherwise the spa was very relaxing and quiet! The indoor areas of the hotel smell lovely with scented candles etc which is a really nice touch. The best draw of the hotel is that they are not very geared up for kids, and we probably only saw one kid on our whole stay. This was perfect. Please don’t change! Peace and quiet is so rare with the way kids are these days and to be somewhere relaxing without the triggering ear piercing squawking of people’s misbehaved little goblins is refreshing. There’s a nice gap in the market for adult-oriented hotels. If you have kids you’d be far better suited in an all inclusive in Benidorm. Any extra requests you have and the lovely staff would try their best to accommodate. The restaurant doesn’t open until 20:00 which was too late for us. It would be nice for it to open a little earlier, and we’d have probably eaten there every night! Room service on the website stated 12:00 to 22:00 but this wasn’t actually the case when we were at the hotel and instead it didn’t start till 19:00 or sometimes even 20:00 which again is very late for room service, so b

We stayed with you 18th to 21st April, and we couldn’t have been happier. A fabulous boutique hotel with large spacious rooms (almost like mini villas), and wonderful, friendly staff. Dining, based on breakfasts and the one room service meal we had, was great. My wife had a treatment in the spa which she loved. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool although it looks beautiful. We will be back and next time we’ll use the pool and dining room for dinner! In the meantime, we highly recommend this little known, off-the-beaten-track boutique hotel.

A brilliant stay in this recently renovated marvel of hotel under new ownership. The best are the people with Rosa and the girls at reception as well as in the restaurant & room service, who made our stay a very pleasant experience. All took very special care of the slight disability of my wife. Thank you so much! Rooms are big, have excellent beds, terraces with views, huge bathrooms and a very cosy feel to it. And the grounds with the pools are marvelous. Highly recommended and we will be back soon!

So we booked to stay at this wonderful hotel for 7 days in early August. We had a slight problem with our dates for arrival and the hotel dealt with this so well and we were accommodated perfectly on our arrival. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Weaved the hotel so much we extended our stay from 7 days to 9 days. We had two rooms both of which were gorgeous and have the most amazing views and terraces to watch the sunset over the montgo. We adore a good sunset! The rooms are large and have big comfy beds. Everything about the rooms is comfortable and stylish. We made use of the pool area which is also really lovely and there is something special about swimming and enjoying a sea view. Perfect! The food in the restaurant is very high quality and delicious. I can’t praise the service of the staff enough as they are super friendly and helpful. So we enjoyed our stay so much we have come back for a few nights - we just couldn’t resist!

We didn't stay at the hotel but rather went there for dinner. The food was fantastic- the best food I've had in Javea. Every dish was tastier than the last. Great presentation and very attentive service. The night we were there, they had a band and singer that we really enjoyed. The hotel is a hidden gem. Beautiful property with a bit on an enchanted garden feel. I'm sure I'll be going there often. Highly recommended it.
