Lovely room a bit dated but an excellent shower. great sea view great location but very disappointing breakfast. Stayed here a few years ago and had hoped the breakfast would be better. This would put us off going full or half board. A shame because otherwise it was excellent.

3-star hotel, it does not have great luxuries, but it has everything you need to rest and enjoy, both inside the hotel and outside on the beach and promenade (100 meters). Correct room, varied buffet (full board with separate drinks) and outdoor parking. Very well located, there is a wide variety of excursions of all kinds, as well as entertainment throughout the day. Mostly family with children.

In the first meal and the following ones I could see that the food was terrible, there was no alternative for people who eat a soft diet. At all lunches and dinners there was a lot of frying, batters and sauces on meats and fish. I caught gastroenteritis and when I went to the hotel doctor there were many other people with this problem, and we couldn't tell if it was caused by the food. The fact is that, two days later, in the self-service dining room there was no alternative to a boiled vegetable and a grilled fish or meat, only fried food, so I spent three days eating yogurt. They do not eat a balanced diet taking into account that the majority of people are quite old Bad, very bad, terrible

I highlight lunch, dinner and breakfast. Very varied and well cooked. Terrible bathroom cleaning, even when complaining it remained the same. Good location, it's a shame we couldn't go to the closest Playa Arenal, called Playa del Urinal. They close one day due to contamination and the next day they open it???? Who do they want to fool? Black flag for environmentalists. Hotel with a long wait in elevators and very hot in common areas without air conditioning. The carpets in the hallways are left over and give off a bad smell.

We have been with Imserso. The hotel is located in a privileged area, next to the sandy beach, since the other beaches in Javea are stone. Cleaning well. Very good staff, well cooked meals. The beach promenade with many bars, shops.... To go to the port a very pleasant walk and to go to the town if you don't want to walk, you can take a bus next to the hotel

The first thing to say is that the free parking thing is an illusion. It only has space for about 30 vehicles and they are always busy. The wifi works quite poorly. The bathroom is quite small, mediocre with very poor lighting. The location is excellent, very close to the beach. The rooms with old spring mattresses, very uncomfortable. The carpet in the hallways is sadly old. This hotel needs to be renovated. The prices at the pool bar are abusive, 2.10 euros for a soft drink. The two elevators are very small and slow with a hellish noise. Summary of an outdated three-star hotel.

We've been going for many years, we haven't complained about anything, I have plenty of everything But this time the entertainment is terrible, the dance classes are 100% void There was a lady who said she was a dance teacher and they had hired her to give dance classes Yes, when I ask again In coming back is that lady who believes she is the owner of the hotel we will not return again We have four colleagues of ours from Madrid who have gone to other hotels because of that woman who says that she is a dance teacher from the community of Madrid What a great experience brevas That lady has no idea... About teaching dance to anyone All the people who were there this week had a terrible time, they only play the music that comes out of her mouth because she takes Cesar and the other boy to where she I want, if this lady is there, we won't come back again and it makes me feel very bad. Because I really like this hotel despite what people say, we have plenty of everything. Thank you. And please control that client.

We were there from April 5 to 12. I had to use the medical service and everything was easy. Perfect location Very varied food Excellent service The city invites you to walk and there are many options in restaurants, drinks, etc. We will repeat. The city has rural charm and at the same time you have multiple services, which makes it surprising.

We were in the insert from December 14 to 21. I'm talking about myself. The hotel is in a good location in front of the JAVEA parador near the beach. The staff are all friendly people. The cleanliness was correct. The food was good and there was plenty of variety. I HIGHLIGHT the cleanliness of the tables and the staff that I went out to replace the food. The wonderful waitresses changed the napkins and white cloth tablecloths for each diner. For me, everything was fine, I will definitely return.

And the breakfast could easily be improved: in the pastries section, all the pastries, without exception, are industrial pastries. Little fresh fruit and as for dairy products, only cow's milk. It is an old hotel with renovated areas. The Li rooms. Pious, spacious and functional with a large terrace and an antique sink that is also functional. Swimming pools and spacious and sunny common areas. The restoration is correct for a 3-star hotel and the service in the restaurant is really good. The reception staff is also very professional and friendly. The location 100 meters from the Arenal beach and the leisure area is great

Una semana en Enero con pensión completa.Hotel 4,8 sobre 5.Habitación con todo lo necesario,limpieza excelente,comidas variadas y servicio muy eficiente.Camas cómodas y grandes,ningún ruido y con persiana en el balcón.Ubicación magnífica.Calidad precio de 10.Aunque la temperatura era buena para esas fechas(18º) no era para bañarse y no opinaré sobre la piscina que parecía buena y playa de arena fina a 50m.Un muy buen hotel .
